Wonderful experience of desert safari - Very satisfied with Pearl Desert Safari. Driver Haroon took great care of us and stayed connected throughout the trip. Food was tasty and the package price was affordable. Definitely recommend.

Harron was very co-operative!!!! - Had an unforgettable experience in Dubai thanks to Haroon! He gave us a *fantastic ride through the desert safari* - thrilling, smooth, and super safe! His driving skills were top-notch, and his *hospitality was truly warm and welcoming*. 10100 From the dune bashing to sandboarding, camel rides, and the evening show - everything was perfectly organized and full of fun! Highly recommend Haroon and the team for anyone looking to enjoy a top-class desert

Left a family with a 4 year old in the desert without a car - If I could give a zero I would. Went on a tour with my family, including my 4 year old nephew. We were told we’d be back home by 9:30pm, we didn’t actually leave the camp site until 9:45pm and would not get home until after 11:30pm. Although we asked to leave early they refused with no explanation. We ended being the last people there with the music extremely loud and the driver told us that his brother is coming with a car. No explanation as to where the car that dropped us off went. When we called the Pearl Safari office they ignored our calls until we called from a new number and they thought we were calling to make a new booking so they picked up. And when we asked them if they could drop us off in 2 locations since they were late, they rudely responded saying we’re not your taxi service. Abysmal.

Worst Experience with these Unprofessionals - These are liars,u educated & unplanned trips, They pick my family at 1:25Pm and give us a dune bashing at 6pm where it’s all dark and we cannot even click the pics and that dune bashing it’s just for 10 minutes like a formality as the driver was after us that make it fast for everything.They promised but they didn’t delivered.Please avoid

Don’t book with Pearl Desert Safari - Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The so-called luxury vehicle was dirty, smelly, and outdated. Poor time management resulted in a one-hour delay, causing us to miss key activities such as proper dune photography and the 4x4 experience. Promised inclusions like welcome tea, Arabic coffee, dates, and sunset photography were not provided. The guide was disorganized and uncoordinated, offering little assistance throughout the trip. This experience did not meet the standard that was advertised.

Very bad experience - It was a very, very bad experience. The driver was more than 15 minutes late from the time you gave me. I tried calling him more than 10 times, and he didn’t answer. When I told you about it, you said, “If you want, cancel the reservation,” even though you knew I couldn’t cancel it after arriving there and traveling a long distance. The driver then informed his friend to take me instead. However, his friend just drove us around for 5 minutes, then dropped us off at the campsite and said, “Go in,” and left. At the campsite, no one knew anything about the reservation. And when it was time to return, there was no car to take us back.
