Wonderful trip - My trip to the Miracle Garden was canceled because it was hot. I chose the city tour instead. Umar was wonderful. He showed me all parts of Dubai. He gave me very important information about Dubai. We stopped at places I also wanted to visit. I highly recommend it.

Faizan Mirza is absolutely the best - Our recent trip to Dubai was made all the more extraordinary, thanks to our incredible tour guide, whose dedication, knowledge, and warmth turned every moment into a lasting memory. From the first time we met, it was clear that this wasn’t just a job for him—it was his passion. One of the highlights of our experience was his impeccable time management. Despite the often bustling streets of Dubai, he went above and beyond to ensure we arrived at every tour promptly. His calm demeanor and resourcefulness in navigating traffic gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about missing any of the carefully planned. What we loved most was his ability to tailor the experience to our interests. Whether it was a quick detour for a perfect photo opportunity, an impromptu stop to savor local snacks, or his thoughtful recommendations for hidden gems to explore, his attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. His kindness and enthusiasm were infectious. It wasn’t just about sightseeing; it was about connecting with Dubai on a deeper level. By the end of our trip, he felt less like a guide and more like a friend who genuinely wanted us to fall in love with the city as much as he clearly had. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Miracle Garden and Global Village - Our tour guide was accommodating as the Miracle Garden and Global Village were closed. We were offered a refund for GV and a switch to The Butterfly Garden. Our party of 4 thought that was an even trade-off. Faizan was an informative and knowledgeable friend. We definitely recommend and will reach out when we return to Dubai.

Enjoyable Journey with Informative Guide - Our recent trip was both enjoyable and educational. Our guide was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, providing valuable insights about Global Village and Miracle Garden. We appreciate his efforts and thank him for a memorable experience! Miracle Garden & Global Village - The driver was late, he was very apologetic and very friendly but his English was limited. He offered to drop us for some food after. We were never offered any water which was included in the price. The Global Village was expensive once inside and feel that this should be included on the price. It was Dubai's version of the Epcot. The Miracle Garden I hope to forget about.

Terrible experience for first time booking with Viator - This is our first time booking activity with Viator, however it went terribly with the whole trip experience. First, our pick up was delayed for 30 minutes although the driver called, then no greeting or introduction at pick up or during the driving neither providing the bottle of water as the voucher includes. The miracle garden is small and crowded and it only took us less than one hour to finish walking around the whole park. So, we were expecting the second trip would be more fun. When we were dropped off at the second destination , the driver told us he would be in the parking lot waiting any time that we would be out. The park is big but mainly for shopping and eating. So, after self touring at the Global Village for around 1 and half hour then we called the driver and walked out the park to expecting to get picked up as he told us originally since we were finished. However, surprisingly our driver told us over the phone it would be a while since he wasn’t around which was odd. Since when we called him we were already out, so by no choices, we had to wait at the parking lot, wasn’t think it was 40 minutes long waiting before our driver finally showed up then led us to his car which has been parking there for the all time, so not sure what happened? No explanation from our driver only silence driving whole time. In conclusion, we spent more money on these two trips and hope would be a fun and guided experience but totally not. We were really regretting made a bad decision to book this trips. Instead we should call a taxi and buy tickets ourselves and it would be much cheaper and mor enjoyable trips than this one.

Disappointment - These places were not open on the day we booked it which was September 13th. We were notified about it the night before our scheduled time. This shouldn't be available for people to purchase!
