Easy simple recommend - Received tickets via email day before or day off can’t remember but went straight to front entrance no need to wait in line. No issues with tickets easy and simple. Straight forward. Would recommend.

The place is so big and... - The place is so big and massive that there are so many amazing areas to explore and to look at all the different cultures and all the food and rides. A wonderful time.

Good tour - the experience was good. the ticket was sent to me one day before the date of the tour. no problem at all.

Walk around the world - Dubia's version of Epcot but in the Middle East. Walk around the world and "visit" multiple countries in 1 night. Alot to see and plenty of food options available.

Must see at night - Very cool, just don't go on a Tuesday as it's family night and packed. Awesome venue to visit but don't go hungry, portion sizes are small and lines are long. A visual feast.

This is an explicit warning about the business practices of this provider via Viator. The Misleading Booking: The activity description on Viator was worded in such a way that I was clearly led to believe that a transfer (round-trip transportation) was included in the ticket price. It was only AFTER my booking, and upon my direct inquiry regarding the pickup time, that I was informed after a long and confusing back-and-forth that NO transfer was included. What I had purchased were simply entry tickets – at a highly inflated price compared to what other providers charge. The Disastrous Customer Service: As soon as I realized this, I contacted the provider IMMEDIATELY, within minutes of the booking confirmation. I explained the situation, stating that I had booked based on incorrect information and no longer wanted the tickets, and I requested a cancellation and refund. The response was appalling: Not only was no action taken, but my concern was merely laughed off. I was told that a cancellation was "no longer possible" and that my money was gone. A goodwill solution or even a hint of customer friendliness? Nonexistent. I was left feeling completely abandoned and at the mercy of an uncooperative system. This complete lack of cooperation and respect for the customer is unacceptable. Conclusion and Warning: This experience was not a simple error, but a typical bait-and-switch tactic. Customers are lured into a purchase through opaque or ambiguous descriptions, only to be confronted with the reality after they are trapped. The unfriendly and uncooperative customer service is the second stage of this scheme, designed to prevent any possibility of a refund. To be perfectly fair, the park itself is a truly beautiful and enjoyable experience. However, I explicitly advise EVERYONE against booking this ticket through Viator with this specific provider! Book directly on-site or through other channels; it is significantly cheaper and allows you to avoid these unscrupulous practices. To Viator and the vendor: A business model based on misleading customers is ultimately doomed to fail. Your clientele is the reason for your success, and a customer-friendly service that responds promptly and offers a solution when a mistaken purchase is reported immediately should be a given. You have missed an opportunity here to gain a satisfied customer and have instead created a vocal critic.

Waste of money - Such an unprofessional service! Would not recommend anyone to buy this line speed ticket as we have arrived their and no body guide or help us to explain or why this tickets are for! Waste of money.
