Thrilling experience - As you know, when you book a tour with a company through Viator, Expedia or Trip Advisor, it’s always a crapshoot. For me luckily, I had the most amazing experience with my tour guide/driver to the desert in Dubai. All the credit goes to Waleed, an educated and well spoken guide who was attentive and caring. After picking me up exactly on time at the cruise terminal, we went to the desert to experience its night life. So here is Waleed with his cool and quiet demeanor driving like a pro during my first Dune Bashing experience while blasting Arabic music in his 4x4. It was exhilarating and fun. Respect to you Waleed, The dunes were beautiful and it must be visited at dusk for the perfect lighting and sunset. He took the time to take pictures of me and explaining things about the desert and the nightlife in Dubai. I highly recommend this company for any kind of tour experience and if they happened to designate you Waleed, you’re in luck. Thanks to Mansi Star Tourism for hiring people such as Waleed.

The very helpful Mr.Arman (Mansi Star Tourism) - This Dubai trip has remained a memorable one.. we just had amazing time exploring the adorable DUBAI. Mr.Arman (Mansi Star Tourism) our organizer was perfect in planning and executing this tour for us .. From booking the tickets to making sure we had perfect experience to everything he was right there .. in case of emergency you just had to pick up the phone and call him /text him , he was there for rescue or guidance.. He really deserves a round of applause for such a commendable work..

Very cool experience - It was a great experience. The guys took care of everything. Waleed was great, he took us dune bashing, camel riding and dunes surfing.

Perfect price, kind people, good adjusting to our plans, confortable car. - The company had a perfect service, they where very kind to us and had a really good price, Muhammed Azeem the driver stood with us the whole day and show us around, he was a very kind person. We went to all the places we wanted. We highly recommend them.

Awful experience - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We booked a 6h tour in Dubai on the 24th of January. We were assured that the tour would run from 12:00 to 18:00 (and that 10/15 min extra was okay to go over). We were told we could see several of the landmarks as well as attend the view experience of the Palm Jumeirah. We were told that the time booked was enough to do this experience plus see all the major Dubai landmarks. However that was not the experience provided. Not only were some places skipped (such as Museum of Future), the last ones (such as the Burk Khalifa) were incredibly rushed by our driver who just wanted to offload us as soon as possible. Whilst I understand that the View experience took a long time and that we also then took 20/30 min for lunch (and 20 min because our driver couldn't find where he had parked in the mall!), we were assured that the 6 hours were enough to do the experience and see all the major landmarks. If this was to be done in a rush, we should have been informed or told that it was not enough time! We booked this experience from 12:00 to 18:00 and our driver should have honoured that commitment, instead he kept trying to ditch us at every occasion to finish the job earlier (he kept trying to get us to stay in the Dubai Mall instead of dropping us back at the cruise terminal) and/or to fit other jobs in the middle (which I don't believe were from the company and he was in company hours trying to get other jobs). He was supposed to look after us until 18h and he kept forcing us to stay in the Dubai mall until 19h so he could fit another job in the middle to make more money and that he would then pick us up at 19h. Which I find incredibly distasteful. Then his overall attitude was awful towards the end, we almost sprinted to Dubai Mall to see the Burj Khalifa. I was taking a picture WHILST walking and he could see him raising his arms in the air at me. He then took us to the Burj Khalifa for a handful of minutes and then my wife and I stayed and he took my parents in a rush! My mother had the flu on the trip and was very weak and he was well aware of this and yet his treatment of her was awful. He was rushing and almost running through Dubai mall and forced an elderly sick woman to go through this immense physical effort to the point that she couldn't hardly walk the day after. Then my mom was in desperate need to go to the toilet, he was aware of this and saw that she was really really struggling and yet he left my parents super far away from the cruise terminal to dash off. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable from this company and I logged it as a formal complaint and ask to be informed of remediations The company when getting back to me said they had reprimanded the driver and suspended them for a period of time and offered me a new tour which obviously I can't take because I am no longer in Dubai. Then they assured me I would get a refund (which to be honest, I didn't even want but since it was offered I must say it made me turn the opinion on the company). However, despite us providing the bank details and sending 4/5 reminders to them, they essentially ghosted us and did not refund us. The would see the messages on WhatsApp and ignore. We have sent the details over a month now and nothing has been done. All of this just demonstrates the incredible unprofessionalism of this company and their regard for their customers. The remediations made were pointless (because I am sure the driver is back in practice by now and probably treating customers the same way) and not only they did not refund but they went back on their word and ignored us. You may have a good experience with this company but I have travelled over 50 countries and done hundreds of tours, and this was the worse I have been treated by a tour company. So to revert to my original point, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
