Board your bus at the tourist bus parking area at the Dubai Mall. Look for Big Bus Tours stop number 2 on the lower ground. Buses depart daily at 6:30 PM. Please arrive at Stop 2 (Dubai Mall) 15 minutes in advance of the tour departure time.

Cancellation Policy

Good trip - Zahid is gentle and friendly. This bus is comfortable and I love it! Dubai is a great city, beautiful and luxurious, and I hope to do it again. Our guide was amazing! He was knowledgeable, welcoming, and well-organized, making the whole bus trip enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to his excellent guidance, we not only learned a lot, but also had a great time. We are very grateful to this wonderful bus guide. His explanations of each attraction are clear and detailed, making the trip smooth and engaging with everyone enthusiastically. highly recommend him and praise his professionalism and enthusiasm for his work!

Great experience - I find a very good way to see something of the city. As orientation for everything else you can look at. Very good explanation, and lots of general info about headphones in many languages. We had a very accommodating and very good driver with Kareem. A small criticism should be noted: Departure point is very difficult to find.

Big bus: Dubai By Night Incredible Experience - The Dubai By Night Big Bus experience was incredible tonight between the best-place Big Bus tour and the traditional Boat Dinner. To end this day, we could not have dreamed better. And really thank you very much to the driver Sudheer who made us live the journey stopping in front of the monuments and take our best photos with the best angles it is largely thanks to him that the trip was even more incredible, on the spot we did not leave a tip because he would have deserved but I hope the comment will please him, thanks again to him

Opinions - We were taken care of by Kévine who was the only one who spoke French, and who helped us a lot in our search for lines, he explained very well the route to do the areas to visit, activities to do etc... I recommend reasonable price for what we do. Thanks to Kévine 👍🏽

Good times at DUBAI NIGHT TOUR, by the big bus tour company - The big bus tour, Dubai at night, was amazing. Vishu the driver and Janabe were very helpful. We had a very good time. highly recommend the cruise dinner as well

Such a different experience at night - I had a great experience with our driver Zahid. I had done both the daytime and night time Big Bus tours. Zahis drove the night tour and gave us great shots of all of the beautiful buildings in DUBAI. Would recommend both tours. Bus pick up locations or sometimes hard to find as some had changed from when they printed the brochure. Be careful when picking up at the Emirates mall location has changed

For those who want to do a quick round of Dubai. - It was a nice tour to get an impression Dubai. Air conditioning in the bus is not great but sufficient. If you want to take a quick look around Dubai this is a good way. Food on the boat should not be expected much, but is tasteful. After dinner, the music turns on loud. I'm not a lover, but others on the boat clearly enjoyed it. Our Driver was Krishna.

Whilst a good way to get... - Whilst a good way to get a quick overview of Dubai. The tour a as is it was 2.5 hours yet it lasted about 1.5 hours. My 11 year old enjoyed it, so that's a plus

Without any interest - Just a 1 1/2 hour ride with no interest other than driving. Pass quickly and away from buildings that might be interesting to see.

Waste of your precious time in Dubai. - Do not go on this trip, I’m telling you. Most of us got only a few days or a week to enjoy this amazing place — Dubai. If you have taken this tour already, I’m sorry and I hope you still had a great memory in Dubai. All they do is drive around where most of us have already seen by distance by taking a cab. Most disappointing part was they didn’t go anywhere near the Palm Jumeirah, which we thought was included in their itinerary. Staff were unfriendly, knit picky about tickets, the bus location was extremely difficult to find. In fact, be prepared to wander around in the huge underground parking lot of Dubai mall (so hot and smelly due to car exhaust and dangerous) only to get lost and you might not even make it on time for the departure time. “Open bus” was the catch, so we chose this particular trip, but you would enjoy much more with boat trips (because it offers you open air) or well planned bus trips (because you can actually see these landmarks much better). This was a total ripoff.
