A former trading hub for pearl and textile merchants in the 1800s, the area retains much of its original charm with narrow passages winding between low buildings.

• Deira Old Souk Abra Station - After visiting the Al Fahidi district, we’ll take an Abra (traditional boat ride) towards the spice souk.

We’ll spend 30 minutes here to show you which Arab tribe first settled here, their initial businesses, their challenges, food, culture, lifestyle, and more.
