Magic - We had the most magical morning on Shepard hotair balloon. Our pilot so was friendly and made us feel so safe. Would highly recommend this experience.

Great experience on hot air baloon - Amazing experience with this tour operator, they were great with communication and ensured that he could safely enjoy the experience and remain well informed throughout the process. My wife and I were slightly worried about flying for first time in a hot air balloon but the pilot was incredible and the safety briefing beforehand was very informative and set our minds at ease.

All excellent - Spectacular balloon. Orlando who handled crack... had it all clear and explained. All good service. Yasir was our driver, super respectful and a crack driving in the dunes. Highly recommended.

amazing must try . worth every penny - This was an amazing experience. The entire experience was done by a professional team . pick up at the hotel was on time , driver was very friendly . All the crew associated with the hotel air balloon experience was great . very friendly . went into detail about the ride for us first time riders . will recommend them to anyone.

Hot Air Balloon 🎈 - We enjoyed the hot air balloon ride, it was simply beautiful. Regina and her crew made us feel comfortable, as we were hesitant about the ride. I will say that the landing was rough as expected...do your research. We would highly recommend this service.

Unreal - Brilliant experience!!! This has been on my bucket list for a while and as a solo female traveller I was scared at first but the tour guide, staff and mainly the captain made me feel extremely safe!! I would definitely recommend!

Sunrise in the desert - It was a wonderful trip and definitely an unforgettable experience. Watching the sunrise over the desert from a balloon is simply wonderful. We had a first-class captain who explained a lot to us. Afterwards, we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast in a quiet, well-kept spot. The transfer from the hotel and back was also very comfortable.

Magical Way To Greet the Morning Sunrise suspended so peacefully over the Desert in a Hot Air Balloon - What an incredible experience. Such a calm, peaceful flight; felt like a bird suspended in the air. As the hot air balloons travel "with" the wind the flight is incredibly smooth, you don't feel any wind even at height of 4000 feet above sea level. I took my 21 year old daughter and we both loved it. The flight Captain was a true professional. All the staff were fantastic too. You are clipped securely onto the basket itself via carabiner connections but mostly for the landing which was super fun in the desert. Experienced 4x4 dune drivers follow the flight path to collect you from your landing spot and take you back to your hotels etc. Would highly recommend. The excursion starts early so that you are in the air for the sunrise. We were in the air for over an hour but flight times vary slightly depending on the flight pattern planned. Loved it and our flight was super safe.

Amazing Experience - Amazing experience. We were picked from our accommodation on time and had an amazing time during the flight. The pilot was very impressive and the flight an enjoyable experience altogether. Highly recommend.
