Great addition to Dubai trip - This was a great experience. It was a perfect break for the craziness of Dubai. Staff and captain were nice and engaging. Would do again if I found myself back in Dubai. Highly recommend.

10/10 Hot Air Balloon Experience - The hot air experience was incredible! They picked us up on time and were extremely professional throughout. Our guide was wonderful, he made the experience very pleasant. We enjoyed the ride, the captain was great, take off and landing were smooth and the view was phenomenal! Absolutely worth waking up early on vacation. Definitely recommend! Tip: It was very cold in the desert at 5AM, bring a jacket!

Super sunrise hot air balloon flight in Dubai. - A hot air balloon trip with Sinbad Balloons in Dubai. Pick up and drop off arrangements were perfect. All safety arrangements were explained in detail on the ground and in the air. The flight was magical - we saw the sunrise over the desert. This was on my bucket list and I had to get trips in other countries but they didn’t happen because of weather conditions. I Would thoroughly recommend the experience and the company.

One for the Books - We received confirmation well in advance from Ruby regarding puck up time etc Were collected on time and arrived at departure point around a hour later. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and safety information. Was a thrilling experience and highly recommended to all. All staff well trained and safety a priority. The views over desert and Oman Mountains , one for the books. Were back at the hotel 5 hours later, could still enjoy breakfast at hotel. Don’t miss this when in Dubai !!!!

Excellent!! - I booked via Viator (I did not see the longer experiences - would definitely have chosen the experience with the camel ride, if I had seen it). Got contacted the night before with a confirmed pick up time (the pick up time varies according to the time of sunrise, so was grateful for the clear communication). Pick up was in a 4WD, very clean. Picked up one other couple on the way, so plenty of space for everyone. At the departure point - there was tea / coffee / water available, toilets, and places to sit while we waited for the pilots decision on whether the weather was suitable to fly (there was a bit of fog / haze around). Once the decision was made that the weather was suitable to fly, the balloon was inflated and we were loaded into the basket and were up and away very quickly. There were 18 people in a basket suitable for 24 - as far I could see, everyone had a spot on the edge of the basket. We started off very low, which allowed us to see wild gazelles and camels in the desert. Climbed up higher to see the sunrise, before coming in to land. The flight lasted over an hour. The pick up driver was there ready and waiting when we landed, and then it was straight back to the hotel. (There were longer experiences that included breakfast, camel rides and quad biking.) All the equipment looked in good condition and clean. The initial briefing was a video, then the Chief Pilot provided a safety briefing, then the Pilot gave a final briefing specific to the particular flight. Within a few minutes of getting back to the hotel, I was provided with a few candid photos and a couple of short videos of the take off - at no extra cost. (You could buy a full length video of the whole flight). Absolute highlight of my trip to Dubai - 5 stars from me.

First time in a hot air balloon - To get into the hot air balloon basket was not very organized and I ended up in opposite corners from my friend. So we couldn’t experience the event together.

Could be way better - The actual ride was delightful but you get up at 4 and traffic ensures you take a good two hours to return to your hotel. No water no bathroom stops no snacks nothing. On the ride on the balloon you do not receive any information about what you are seeing the desert life history preservation. No commentary whatsoever. You are ill prepared for getting inside and on the balloon which is extremely challenging for elderly or anyone with some movement limitations. Getting out of the balloon is even more difficult and challenging. One lady even had a panic attack trying to get out. It was concerning
