In this tour, participants can enjoy the following experiences:

Snowy Slopes: Featuring five distinct slopes with varying levels of difficulty, including the world’s first indoor black diamond run. Whether a novice or a seasoned skier/snowboarder, there are slopes to suit every skill level.

Snow Park: A delightful attraction offering a variety of activities and experiences for visitors of all ages. Enjoy snow tubing, tobogganing, climbing towers, giant snowballs, and exploring the interactive snow play area.

Ski/Snowboarding Lessons: Professional ski and snowboarding lessons are available for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Certified instructors are on hand to help participants learn or enhance their skills on the slopes.

Winter Experiences: Offering unique snow experiences, participants can try the Snow Bullet, an indoor zipline providing a thrilling ride above the slopes, or enjoy the Giant Ball, where they roll down a slope inside a giant inflatable ball.

• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride, children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Working hours: from 10 am to midnight)
• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
• Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
