Must have once in a lifetime experience - Wonderful experience with 360 adventures. We choose 2 hours tour to see Atlantis the Palm, Ain Dubai and JBR skyline. Very well organized and they even stopped at the important places for taking nice photographs. Crew was very well behaved polite and courteous. I will surely recommend 360 adventures to everyone who wants to experience yacht rides.

Trip to Atlantis. Photo opportunities there. Sailed through marina at sunset. Was stunning - Fazal was very informative and the cruise was just the right length. Certainly would go again. Got to sail round to Atlantis, sailed through Marina. It was stunning 😃

You won’t be disappointed - The trip is definitely worth it! The title can be a little misleading since alcoholic drinks aren't included - you'll need to pay extra for those. However, the provided snack is more like a light dinner, which was a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, the sea was a bit choppy, so we couldn't visit Atlantis as planned, but we were taken on an alternative scenic route that was still enjoyable. We did miss the full sunset, as the boat didn’t stay out long enough to see it completely, but we did catch some of the evening light.
Overall, it’s a great experience and something you should consider doing while in Dubai!

Pretty ride - It would have been a 5 but the advertisement on trip advisor says it included alcohol. There wasn’t even not even alcohol on the boat let alone have it included. Not that it was needed but for the price a nice glass of champagne while enjoying the boat trip would have been nice.
That being said, the views were amazing and the “snacks” were really a full meal which was amazing!

Dubai Marina Harbour boat tour - The tour itself was nice. Due to high tides and strong winds, the route had to be adjusted. It would have been nice to get closer to the Burj Al Arab and the Palm Jumeirah. However, the worst part were participants from countries like the UK, Germany, France, Brazil and Russia, among others. The limited seating space on the boat's deck was quickly occupied by those "guests", on a first come first served basis. Although they clearly saw that not all participants, including my parents, did not find a seat, those entitled, brass, pseudo nouveau-riche iditios couldn't care less. Me, myself & I was the motto. While the boat staff was lovely, they should do a better job ensuring all guests can be seated. Maybe by simply telling those "guests" to not sit cross-legged, not lounge on the sofas and take up too much space. A little discipline would go a long way. Food was ok, but nothing extraordinary.

No frills. You get what you pay for. - The tour is advertised as ‘with alcoholic drinks’ but these had to be paid for in addition which was not clear on the booking. The tour set off 37 minutes late for no discernible reason as the weather was hot and similar to the previous day so this was odd. We assembled at a gate on the marina but then had to walk somewhere else to get the boat. The snacks were not necessary; a grey really basic processed sandwich and sachet of tomato ketchup was a bit weird tbh. It would have been better to serve bowls of crisps which would have cost less and better quality drinks, I’m diabetic so won’t drink pop unless it’s the diet version and this wasn’t available. Another weird thing was the music - a radio station with adverts which cut out when the driver used his phone.
There was no one to help us on or off the boat which meant we didn’t tip as didn’t have the opportunity to. Thought this was a bit strange as some people are nervous stepping on and off boats. The lady tour guide was nice enough but I think the whole thing needed a bit more organising.
The tour of the marina was good and the boat trip itself was nice enough but it was a very full boat so we were squashed in and it also made it awkward to take pictures.
You get what you pay for, this was cheap but I would recommend spending more and getting a yacht as this was more of a boat.

Terrible experience - Arrived at the correct gate at 4.20pm, waited in 34 degree until 5pm, no water offered. Then had to walk at least 10 minutes away to get on at a different gate. Then had to wait in the blistering heat for another 20 minutes whilst clearly very drunken people were disembarking the boat we were meant to be on 20 mins earlier, at this point my daughter was becoming upset at the drunken people. Upon eventually boarding we were not offered any water and had to ask for it. We tried to order a wine, there was none available and had to settle for a warm beer. Then we were offered an appalling sandwich, it was stale. My daughter was given a flat lemonade. We asked for another beer, they said there was none left, limited to one warm beer. This trip was meant to be a highlight of our holiday to Dubai and turned out to be the worst experience of our holiday. We request a full refund immediately.
