Very good customer service. - My experience with Xclusive Yachts was a testament to their exceptional customer service. Although our planned tour had a few unexpected hiccups including a change of yacht and some logistical issues the way they handled my subsequent feedback was outstanding. The management team was quick to respond, took my comments on board, and showed a genuine commitment to improving on my points raised. The boat itself was immaculately clean, the crew was professional, and the marina security staff were incredibly helpful. It’s clear they are dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I would definitely book with them again.

A Taste of Luxury: Culinary Perfection at Sea. - This family trip was surprisingly amazing, the food that never expected to be in a yacht , from the first to last dish was superb. Encore’s black cod was the best I ever had. I didn’t expect that they made high quality Sushi live in a yacht. Mocktails and Cocktails were impressive.
If you’re looking for a luxurious experience, look no further than ENCORE by Xclusive Yacht. They went above and beyond, from food, service and their commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Dubai nights - We departed at 9 pm from Emaar Beachfront – Encore, and the VIP treatment we received was truly unforgettable. The yacht had multiple decks to explore, with amazing music, a live DJ, and a saxophonist that set the perfect vibe. We enjoyed freshly prepared sushi right in front of us, along with a wide selection of beverages. Experiencing Dubai by night from the water was absolutely magical.

Best yacht trip - I loved this trip. Very beautiful and luxurious yacht, nice European people, not crowded. Finest food, served sushi and good alcohol. Danced all evening with dj and sax.

Superyacht ❤️ - Very beautiful yacht. Great ride. On board they were making sushi right in front of us, there were several bars open. At the top there was a DJ and a sax player. Great staff. I am very pleasantly impressed. Definitely going again.

By what inside and out is very sty and beautiful I would call chic so and congratulations to the whole team friendly - It was the first time, but such a posh yacht was not expected, surprised of course by beauty, cleanliness and service. It's worth a try.

I was enjoying my moment on the boat, I was taking some pictures by myself, then a photographer came and interrupted my photo session telling me “can we take pictures of you,” insisting, “we will send you the photos by email after.” I said ok, so she and her colleague took pictures of me, saying “we have to try several angles on the boat.” I accepted for the experience even though I had not asked for anything. It took 1 hour in total. At the end, they told me “don’t worry, we will send everything to you by email.” At no moment did they talk to me about the price until 20 minutes later when they came back to me with the photos telling me the pictures are not free.
The question is why did they not tell me that from the beginning, knowing that I did not ask you anything, you came to me, interrupted me in my personal photo session, insisting to take pictures of me, and at the end came up with an outrageous price — 1050 AED for all the photos. After, they said they could lower it to 750 AED and then 500 AED, not less.
What I keep from this is that you completely ruined my evening and made me waste 1 hour of my time. I am very disappointed, not professional at all!!!!!
