Race up against the giant sand dunes for approximately 30 minutes. Head to the top of the largest sand dune and watch the full glory of a desert sunset and to click some Instagrammable pictures. Here a warm traditional Arabic welcome of dates & coffee awaits and there is the chance to ride a camel or try sand surfing as a delicious barbecue dinner. Try traditional aromatic water pipe or Shisha or get a henna tattoo etched onto your hands or feet. Dinner will be served to you under the stars and includes shawarma and falafel sandwiches as starters and a BBQ buffet with side dishes, plus soft drinks, mineral water, coffee and tea. The Tanoura dancing and belly dancing under the Arabian sky make for a magical experience under the stars.

Sand dunes and camel hugs! - Fantastic Family experience for all ages.
Throughly enjoyed the jeep safari, meeting the camels, quad bikes, food and evening entertainment.
Our driver was outstanding, so attentive, spoke clear English, provided great conversation, water and uk music!
Elevate staff at the hotel certainly know their stuff, very informative and friendly and provide great experiences at great prices.

Superb hosts - Superb experience !
We used Elevate for desert trip and Dubai/Abbu Dhabi days out. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. We couldn’t have wished for better drivers. Thank you Ghadi for organising it for us.

Superb Customer Service - This trip and several others I took whilst in RAK was organised by Ghadi the local rep. This like the others I did was superb and good value for money.
Ghadi went out of his way to assist me throughout my stay. He could not have been more helpful or attentive. The best customer service I have received in a very, very long time. In summary 11 out of 10!

HIGHLY recommended. Best end to our honeymoon - What an EPIC experience from start to finish. It started with a friendly welcome from Mustafa who was our driver and guide. His driving was extremely thrilling and adrenaline fuelled yet felt very safe throughout and he was very knowledgeable of Dubai; there were also some great sunset photo opportunities where Mustafa got involved with the group to help take some beautiful shots. Upon arrival to the camp Mustafa made us familiar with it before being seated to our table which was very quaint and had a lovely authentic feel with the beanbags. We then went straight to the camels which was a lot of fun. The only criticism is that we then went to find the sand boarding but struggled to locate it, however that certainly did not dampen the evening as we then had our starter which was very nice. Other guests had Henna tattoos which were very well done but we proceeded back to our table ready for the entertainment which began with a belly dancer. We honestly could not take our eyes off her, she was talented, sexy, and very classy. This was followed up by a fire performer which was very exciting. Both of these acts succeeded in getting the crowd involved. We then had our main course which was a good selection of bbq food with fresh salad and rice which is all provided by a local 5* restaurant. To finish the night there was a male performer, I'm not sure what the act is called but it involved some skilful tricks, with a light performance and topped off with a fire performance. This excursion is very well executed and has an authentic feel to it. I rarely write reviews but this is well deserved. Highly recommended.

The best experience of our lives - The safari was the most beautiful and special experience of our lives. Our guide Mustafa, made it special. Cheerful, happy, friendly and professional. His only goal was our entertainment and safety. Safari with only Mustafa!Thanks for all Mustafa! We will never forget this experience with you!

EXCELLENT DESERT SAFARI EXPERIENCE - We went on the desert safari for the dune bashing experience. Our driver Mustafa was a brilliant guy who is a experienced and masterful driver. I would definitely recommend Elevate tours 100%. . Thank you Mustafa for a brilliant day out. The kids enjoyed themselves and the food was good at the camp.
Overall experience was good but lacking in some places. The camel ride lasts less than 2 mins and I think it would be good if it was a bit longer. The sand boards were broken and there was no point even attempting to surf down as it just got stuck.
The pit stop at the shops is pointless as there are no items price marked. The salesmen will decide the price depending on your appearance i.e can we rip you off or not? The prices are quite expensive for what they are but you would liken it to stopping at a motorway services with a bit more sales pressure.
Overall this excursion is fun and enjoyable and the drivers are experienced and safe.

A very good experience! - The safari tour was just amazing!
Our guide, Mustafa, was present from start to finish.
He came to our hotel to pick us, the trip to the desert lasted about 30 minutes (+15 minute stop to go to the toilet + deflate the tires) and at every moment he explained to us the different stages of our tour and he even taught us a lot about Dubai, it was very interesting.
He answered our questions with pleasure and during dinner, he was also very present so that we could eat well! Mustafa can have a very sporty drive in the desert, I highly recommend if you like it, do not lunch before haha.
After the 4x4 in the desert, we ate a barbecue and have access to lots of activities (camel, falcon, surf on the sand, show…)

Lovely experience desert safari - Coming all the way from Aberdeen, it was nice meeting new people with different experiences. Enjoyed the camel ride. The car ride in the sand dunes was brilliant as well, very well done by Mustafa our driver and tour guide.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype - I rarely leave negative reviews, but Caravanserai was a real letdown. The food ranged from very average to downright disappointing — cold, lacking freshness, and clearly over-commercialised. Soft drinks were served warm, which only added to the frustration. It felt like a tourist trap more focused on profit than quality. Overall, a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
