Informative in a beautiful historic building - This was an interesting tour in an amazing old building. We learned a lot about the history of distilling in Dublin and tasted some good whiskey.

Family leadership, very competent - Super! Nice and personal. Very competent, more personable than in large distilleries like Jameson. Again and again, will certainly buy the whiskey.

1000% recommend!! - One of my favourite- and maybe best- city based distilleries I’ve been to. I work in the industry, so I’ve been a a few. How good this was, is likely down to my guide (Noah? Sorry I’m awful with names! - very fuzzy photo has been supplied!). Imma guide at The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh, but I’ll admit to knowing little on-hand information about the Irish industry. Noah was funny, informative about both Irish whiskey and the history of the distillery and the Liberties area.
I rocked up early for my tour and asked to join the one before, but as I was in my own Noah took me on my own private solo tour - VERY appreciative! As I work in the industry, we did skip over some of the more production part and he just let me ask questions and delved more into the history aspect. Really really enjoyed myself - I’ve recommended Liberties to my colleagues should they be in Dublin (so much so I’ll charge commission for each one I send over! Haha!!). I will also be back as I need a bottle of the Rascals Stout Cask!!
Also took Noah’s suggestion for local pub for food - Copper Alley Bistro was a fantastic suggestion!

A human-sized distillery pleasant to visit - Visiting a distillery in Ireland is a must. It is located in the heart of Dublin and offers a really interesting experience. In addition to explaining the main steps in the making of the Whisky, this tour will teach you more about the Liberty district, its history and its life. The whisky produced is very good and we had a great time. The visit is in English but it is possible to have a visit in French. We highly recommend!

One of our favorite distillery tours in Dublin - Gemma was fantastic. She was enthusiastic and energetic. One of our favorite think about this tour was the stories, we’ve been on many other distillery tours and most are focused on the process of making whiskey. While this tour covered that, the stories about the area were fascinating. Would do his tour again.

Beautiful distillery, visit in French please! We were lucky too 😁 - Excellent visit to the site. And in French since one of the employees is therefore much more understandable for our non-technical English 😊 Perfect visit and tasting

Awesome addition to the Dublin Whiskey Scene! - We started our day at Guinness and then flowed to Teeling and finally Dublin Liberties Distillery for our afternoon tour and tasting. The staff were SUPER friendly, even gifting our littles a few items. The tour was informative - with my only advice being to spend a bit less time in the initial overview room. As one of the newest additions to the Dublin whiskey scene, I expect we will be seeing some awesome things ahead from DLD!

You don't have to leave the experience better. - We were the only participants in the tour of the distillery. It was striking that there were no other visitors at all. The presentation was disappointing. Although the staff member tried hard, the text of the presentation was obviously memorized word for word and there were no intuitive moments. The behind-the-scenes insight was reduced to the minimum. Employees there were none to see. It was kind of spooky.
