The guide will check your reservation there and give you an outline of the day - introduce himself (herself) and describe briefly places to be visited during this tour. There are entrance fees at three locations to be covered extra - Lovrijenac fort, Lokrum island and Trsteno arboretum. Our suggestion is to prepare the money at the beginning of the tour and hand it over to the guide because it’ll be quicker and more convenient; besides, you won’t have to wait in a line - the guide will do it for you. After everyone assigned for the tour came, the day full of beautiful sights and adventures may begin!

We are not big GoT fans... - We are not big GoT fans (saw every episode once), but it was still able to follow the tour nicelly as there are pictures of the scenes and the guide provides context about them.
The guide, Roco, was very nice and knowledgeable. He speaks English and German fluently. He tailored the tour to the interests of the group, telling us a bit of the location's history, while covering all important GoT scenes. He always made sure we could skip parts if we were feeling tired.
They really commit to the small groups. We did the tour on a Saturday in the middle of July and the group was only 7 adults. Generally, a very good experience and the 7 hours flew by and did not feel so intense as we had many breaks here and there. Additionally, to the price of the tour we paid 50€ p.P. for entrance fees plus what we had for lunch/snacks (you are free to bring your own). Bring a water bottle as there are many places to refill it during the tour and cash (at least 10€ p.P.).
All and all a positive experience.

Our tour guide Desa was... - Our tour guide Desa was very knowledgeable of GOT and combined history information which was very useful to understand everything we were seeing. The good thing about this tour is that it combines a tour of the Old Town, the island of Lokrum and the botanical garden. Overall great tour, highly recommended.

Great GOT Tour! - I had a lot of fun on this tour! We did the Total Game of Thrones experience tour which brought us to lots amazing places in Dubrovnik. I had actually never watched Games of Thrones, but my father had and he had gone on this tour with me. Despite not watching the show, I still had a great time...the locations were beautiful and the 'behind-the-scenes' information was so interesting to learn about. Desa was an amazing guide who had tons of knowledge about both the show and the Dubrovnik history and area. I recommend this tour for anyone looking to see lots of Dubrovnik, and especially GOT fans.

Total Game of Thrones Tour Experience - Excellent experience for those who love Game of Thrones but also want to see/tour Dubrovnik. My wife had never seen the show and she still really enjoyed the tour because of the different sights and fun experience. Our guide Desa was amazing! She incorporated Game of Thrones, history of Dubrovnik and kept the group engaged throughout the tour. We were a little worried that 7 hours would be too long but the day absolutely flew by. We considered doing of the other shorter tours but we are very happy we chose to do the full tour. There were pockets of time where you could go off and explore on your own too (Lokrum Island and Gardens). Desa also gave us great recommendations for food and shops in Old Town to check out. Would highly recommend for anybody considering doing a tour and watched Game of Thrones.

Superb GoT Tour with Excellent Insights - Fantasy tour with the excellent tour guide Roko. Very relaxed, well informed, entertaining and well narrated information. The north remembers - We had a small group of about 5 people. Just me and a family. Roko was amazing and showed us each site telling us the details and history as well as which scenes were in the show. He was very knowledgeable about game of thrones as well as the south park spoof episodes. Time was managed really well and we were able to see everything that was promised

Misleading, Disorganised,Rushed and not worth the money - We booked the Total Game of Thrones Experience for 24 June 2025 through Viator, paying £219.37 in total, including €110 extra on the day. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and did not match what was advertised.
The meeting point at Brsalje ul. 2 was chaotic and poorly managed. Despite providing our names, the guide initially told us we weren’t on the list. Only after checking our ticket and names again were we admitted. There was no clear communication about looking for a blue umbrella, which was never mentioned in advance.
We contacted the operator 24 hours before the tour to ask whether a walking stick or support could be provided, as my husband had a knee injury and I have hidden disability characteristics. We were told the only steps would be at the fortress and they would get back to us — they never did.
The tour felt very rushed, with a late Lokrum boat (12:30 instead of 12:00), only 1 hour free time, and a shortened visit to the Trsteno Arboretum (arrived at 15:40, departed by 16:05). The driver for the Arboretum leg was unacceptably rude — scolding me like a child over a small piece of shared pizza, which I was holding responsibly with wet wipes and paper. It was humiliating and unnecessary.
We ended the tour feeling light-headed, hungry, and let down. The itinerary was not delivered as described, and the operator made no real effort to accommodate our needs, despite being informed in advance.
Viator’s initial refund was only £25.27, and after escalation, they added £35.08 — still far short of a fair resolution given the cost and experience.
Not worth the money. Poorly managed. Would not recommend.Going forward I would look to doing experiences independently
