Amazing day - TJ was an amazing guide. This trip is 100% worth the money. Yes it's a pretty full day. But TJ's commentary and history knowledge is second to none. Highlight for us was the waterfalls, Mostar is beautiful but very crowded. The coach was air-conditioned which was a blessing as it was over 30degrees

A very nice visit - A very nice excursion from Dubrovnik. Landscape totally different from Kotor. Very good organization that allows a good sequence between the different visits without too much time wasted at the border.

A great experience. TJ... - A great experience. TJ was a great guide. Bus ride felt a bit long but that can’t be helped. Beautiful views on route. A stop was made after the border on the way there to allow people to visit the restroom and get some food/drink.

Great trip! - Great way to see a small part of Bosnia and Herzegovina in one day. Interesting to learn about some of the history on the coach and from the guide in Mostar who was excellent. Mostar is an interesting place and the Kravica Waterfalls are beautiful. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful baking hot Bosnia - Beautiful scenery and Mostar was very picturesque and interesting to visit. Couldn’t fault the guide who spoke perfect English and gave just the right amount of information. Timings were as expected and our wait at the border wasn’t too long either way. We were on the smaller minibus which was very cool and comfortable and not crowded. Stop offs each way for toilets and coffee / drinks and plenty of time to get lunch in Mostar. I would recommend taking some snacks with you for the journey too. One word of warning is the heat in Bosnia. It is several degrees higher than Croatia with no breeze and the walking tour of Mostar is at the hottest part of the day - midday. It is easy to burn and to feel overwhelmed by the heat (40 degrees) especially when you are walking around and the restaurants and shops don’t have air conditioning and the streets are full of tourists. Even with a fan it was sweltering!

Mostar is a must-see - We loved our trip to Mostar - one of the most beautiful places we’ve been to! - so a very worthwhile way to spend a day from Dubrovnik. The trip to the waterfall was also a nice bonus. The bus was very comfortable, there’s a toilet on board and plug sockets. There are toilet breaks midway through the journey on the way there and the way back (these toilets are free). The tour guide gave very good communication throughout. She was clear on everything that would happen on the day and gave us overviews of what we were seeing, plus Bosnian and Yugoslavian history. The tour guide at Mostar was also fantastic! The reason we gave it four stars is we’d have liked more time in Mostar. There’s a 40 minute walking tour and then you get 2 hours and 20 minutes of free time, which isn’t long enough. Even an hour would’ve been appreciated. There was also miscommunication at the start of the tour - we were told to get to the meeting point for 6.40am but received a call at 6.30am saying we needed to arrive in two minutes or the bus would be leaving without us. Very stressful!

LORA the worst tour guide - We took a tour to Bosnia with this company and were assigned a tour guide named Lora, who was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Throughout the trip, she kept her feet on the seat, and I was sitting right next to her, which made it quite unpleasant to see her feet the whole time. Additionally, one of her friends was also on the tour, and she was constantly late. Lora would wait for her, delaying the entire group, but she demanded punctuality from everyone else. It was very disappointing to witness this kind of behavior from a tour guide working for a company that is supposed to be professional. Moreover, Lora was wearing a short dress and the way she sat was completely inappropriate, especially considering that the tour environment was family oriented. She should be trained properly taught manners, ethics, education, and customer service.

Don't do it - We joined the coach at 645 am and didn't get back until 2130. In that time we spent 4 hours waiting at the border each way and only 4.5 hours visiting motor and the waterfalls. Exhausting day, no mention of how long we would be sitting in the coach. It cant be safe to have a driver working a 15 hour day (that's only the time we were with him). Doesn't that break driving laws? We also had to listen to his dire straights albums on a continuous loop. I wish we hadn't gone on this trip, came back hungry and tired having missed both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I'm surprised the guide didn't check ahead and let us know how long the journey home would take so we could have eaten at the waterfalls. Awful experience.
