Zach Zeljan is the best tour guide - What an excellent excursion while visiting Croatia! Our guide Zach Zeljan was really what put it over the top. He was extremely professional and thoughtful in his approach to the trip. He made sure that we had everything we needed from passports to supplies, and even some drinking water for us when we were very parched. He was very knowledgeable and had great insight on all of the best spots to go to in and around Montenegro. You could tell that he was well liked by many people in the area as he had good relationships with local bars and shops and was able to get us deals.

A fantastic, must-do day tour! - We booked this tour through a well known tour website rather than directly, but could not be happier that this company ended up as our allocated tour conductor. Our guide was Zac (excuse the spelling if incorrect) who normally drives large tour coaches in the summer. We were an extended family of 6 so Zac drove us in a luxury minivan. Zac was a superb guide and driver. As he does this tour often, we gained from his insights into what to see, where to go, where to stop for convenience breaks and where to eat. He was very friendly, enthusiastic, proud of his country (he is a Dubrovnik local) and extremely knowledgeable. We also gained from his local insights, his familiarity with the border crossing procedures and staff, and his intimate knowledge of the areas you will visit. The tour itself is an absolute must-do. In the off-season, it is easily done as a comfortable day trip. There were no crowds or waiting times and the roads were not busy. The parts of Montenegro you will visit on this tour are stunning and magical. So close to Dubrovnik and yet so different. There was plenty of time at each stop and we never felt rushed. Do this tour with Zac. You will not regret it.

Absolutely worth it - Zach drove the four of us from Dubrovnik to Kotor via Perast and gave us a wonderful day, full of local stories and colour. He was also an excellent photographer of our small group. Our visit was on a wet November day - good for low crowds, bad for wet feet. But the towns were still beautiful and unmissable as a day out from Croatia. Do not miss Montenegro. And we felt in very good hands with Zach.

A must do! - The reason I am not rating this tour as excelent is its price which was double what we paid for the private day tour to Mostar and Kravice. Otherwise this tour is a must. Kotor is very beatiful, our driver/guide made miracles in the road to get us to all places on time and was able to surpass some unexpected events - like the ferry strike and still take us to Dubrovnik on time. I strongly recommend. Montenegro is BEAUTIFUL!

A Warning for Fellow Travellers!!! - I recently booked a private trip with Super Tours from Dubrovnik to Montenegro, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. Our trip got cut short because one of their employees messed up big time with our passports. I feel like I need to share my experience so others can avoid the same headache. Right from the start, things went downhill. When we handed over our passports to the Super Tours employee, they somehow managed to lose one. We searched high and low, but it was nowhere to be found. I mean, seriously, how can someone be so careless? We had 11 people, but somehow only 10 passports made it across the border. It's not just unprofessional—it's downright risky for travelers relying on Super Tours for a smooth journey. To make matters worse, this employee we're talking about didn't even own up to their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any empathy, they tried to pass the blame onto us. Talk about frustrating! We were left dealing with the aftermath of their negligence without any support or understanding. And guess what? When we asked for a refund for the shortened trip, they flat-out denied it. Can you believe that? We were in that van for a measly two hours before the trip was cut short because of their mess-up. It's only fair that we get at least a partial refund. On top of that, we wasted so much of our precious holiday time searching for that lost passport. I strongly advise against booking anything with Super Tours. They lack professionalism, disregard customer safety, and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. This experience has shattered my trust in them, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. I really hope Super Tours takes this complaint seriously and actually does something about it. They need to investigate what went wrong and make sure it doesn't happen again. But honestly, my advice to other travelers is to be cautious and consider other options before relying on Super Tours for your trip.
