Great day of caves and wrecks - A great experience! Marko chose two great dive spots for the day. He adapted the plan based on the experience of the divers present. He was careful to explain everything and help when needed.

Great experience! - Great diving experience. The team emphasised safety. I've never done a one off dive that was that thorough in both safety and briefing. Marine and coral life are sparse but you get the opportunity to dive through a small cave which is pretty cool for open water divers.

Pretty and fun! - MOST AMAZING SCUBA EXPERIENCE EVER! We got to dive in a cave which was so cool’ it was so Gorg the water was soooo clear! I saw a starfish and a couple of cool fishes! I loved the view! The place was so pretty! The instructors were so kind and made sure that we did a dive that everyone was comfortable with and based it off everyone’s level of diving! The dive was so cool we were down there for like 40-50 minutes! I loved it so much the first time I went and did a second dive that same day’ the second dive was also just as cool’

Great time with the Blue Planet Dive team! - I had a great time with the Blue Planet Dive team, they made the booking process easy as I was flying into Dubrovnik for the first time. I booked a morning and afternoon dive with them online, filled out the paperwork and only had to show my cert. card when I showed up. Koločep Island - The morning dive was at a location called the Abyss about 10 -15 mins boat ride from the Blue Planet Dive Center, the Dive Master was Anto, super nice guy, he spent time to make sure that he went over the dive plan with the divers and that we understood the plan when we got to the dive site. The Abyss dive started with a dive of a wreak that was private boat that was hit during the 1991-95 war. We moved onto to a cliff that went 70 feet and then thru a cave opening into a cave pool .. did our safety stop, and then swam back to the boat. 45 mins total. Lokrum Island - Afternoon dive was at Lokrum island, the Dive Master Michele was awesome, like Anto, he provided an in-depth overview of the dive plan at Lokrum Island as our dive started in open water, went into a cave and we'd surface in an area called the Dead Sea in the Island! Michele lead the team and made sure to show to point out lobsters, groupers, and remnants of the war - shells, and mortars. The dive through the cave that opened into the Dead Sea was really amazing as you surface in to an emerald green sea, and surprise all the swimmer there! Be sure to bring a flashlight and don't stack up as you'll be eating someone else's fins :) We spent a few minutes on the surface and headed back down in to the cave, Michele had us surface in the cave system so that we could look around, before heading back to the dive boat. Dive conditions - Water was super clear and you could see a good 30 - 50 feet. I wore a 7mm wetsuit and was glad that I did as the water temperature ranged between 63 (bottom) & 73 (surface) degrees. Thanks to the Blue Planet Dive Team for a great time, I will definitely book with them again!

I would dive with them any day! - These guys were amazing! Michele was awesome. He was personable and knew all the names of his guests. He took time to chat and know their fears and weaknesses and made sure the trip ran smoothly. He made the safety stop fun with his “bubble rings” and made sure everyone felt safe. Top notch team!

Unplanned shore insertion worked out - The winds were too much to take out the small speedboat to any of the dive sites, so we made the best of a bad situation and jumped in from the old dock.

They saw my face - They saw my face. Imagine that you are in Dubronik a place where there are no less than 50 sunken boats everywhere, where there are countless caves and sea islets, where only a viewfinder and tall to see impressive sea cliffs. Now imagine that you make plans to go diving with the expectation of seeing these stunning marine beauties, you make a reservation two or three days in advance, you pay even for two dives and come the day, the first thing you have to do is go to the tank filling room to take yours and take it to the boat to go 5 or 10 minutes in it on the side of a hill, where the main attraction is to enter a cave underwater. At the end of the first dive take your tank and take it back to the tank refill room, having to walk on a cobbled, slippery and unfriendly path. Hopefully, you will enlist in a second dive, so that the result is much more frustrating, than the first dive; a small underwater swim, not even 6 meters deep, around the beach where this changarro is located. Come on, I'm going to dive to the pool of my club and I don't have to pay myself 140 Euros; to top it off when you ask to be sent the pictures they tell you, that has an additional charge of 10 Euros. Maybe it was my bad luck, maybe I was going with extremely high expectations for what this place can offer, but one thing is for sure, if you have some experience in diving and have done it in other parts of the world, do not be under great illusions of this place; bring your fins and viewfin and go see the caves and cliffs of Lokrum Island, you will have a much better time.

Absolutely a total weird experience - Absolutely a total weird experience. After diving for 25 years in Croatia never had such a bad experience as with Blue Planet. Most of all because of their manipulation and misleading. However I expressed many times I'm diving with them because of wrecks, deepp walls and other more challenging dives in reality they only organise dives for beginners for 20 to 30 meters deep. The sheer lying by the owner is what shocked me most. After a bad 1st day he promised to dive on the wreck Totonno the day after. A wreck that is going from 25-55 meters. During the briefing I learned that we would only dive on the top not deeper than 30 meters. Which is so absurd because that is not wreck diving. Literally all serious dive centers all over Croatia offer wreck dives going to at least 40 meters. I got the impression they are only interested in making money. They insisted on pre paying my package of 10 days. Now I lost 350 euro's for having a bad experience. I must stress that most dive masters working here are nice people. They are not to blame for this sick and cheating policy of the owner. If you are into serious diving, don't go here.
