Dosent was great

Very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide. Did not feel rushed and given plenty of time to ask questions and look around.

The in depth tour was not worth the extra money. we were told because we paid double the tour price we could see the basement.... Not worth it. the guide (although pleasant and friendly Just noted the cantankerous remarks of FLW which was not worth the trip. Made me realize that FLW did not care to do this house. it was design with a few F LW gimmicks. To put real thought into designing a house on this site was not done... it was just more of what FLW wanted to do and ignored the home owners and the site as well as the environment. It always amazed me that clients with means, would let FLR dble and trple their budget, In this particular house FLW managed very successfully to destroy livability within this structure...and he managed extremely well to ignore the site and all possible ways did not connect the users , the house and site to be living in a harmonious setting. The tour guide was pleasant, but we really expected to see more of the process of the design and construction, instead we got more information about the current owners...... they seemed to be interesting to hear about....
