Then, they will soar back down on the world’s steepest zip line.
Board the Sky Explorer for an approximately 25-minute journey to the summit of Sentry Hill, the highest point in St. Maarten at 1,125 feet. A series of platforms surround the mountaintop, offering 360-degree panoramic views of the entire island, including sights of neighboring islands Saba, St. Eustatius, St. Barts, and Anguilla.
A brief orientation will prepare participants to descend the mountain at speeds reaching up to 56 miles per hour on the world’s steepest zip line, The Flying Dutchman. They will be securely fastened to a flight line in a harnessed chair, launching them on a thrilling 1,050-foot drop in elevation over 2,800 feet, providing an unforgettable experience.
