Making the most of a Rainy Day with JJ!! - Despite a rainy, overcast day, we had an amazing time! The views were still spectacular although we couldn’t see all the surrounding islands clearly. The staff was great, especially JJ the bartender who kept us entertained while we were waiting for the rain to stop before being able to take the Flying Dutchman down! While I’ve done it previously a couple of times, this time was by far the most enjoyable and memorable thanks to JJ!!

Super fun! - My husband and I had a blast doing the zipline! A nice, slow lift up the mountain takes you to a panoramic mountain top bar. We enjoyed drinks before zip lining down. It was a lot of fun!

Must-see - Passage must! It is really a great experience and the view, once up, is just wonderful. The small bar is very nice. A little expensive but worth it!

A special experience - The ride with the chairlift was already very nice. The fantastic view can be admired from different vantage points. That was super nice. But the ride with the flying Dutchman (Flying Dutchman) has already been a special experience!Unfortunately the flight did not take very long. The safety was very good and we (late 60s!) would do it again any time.

Luv the Adventure but the Waiting was a Bummer! - This is my first Trip Advisor review!! Overall the Zip Line was Great, But... They tell you it takes 3 hours to go through the ZIP line portion of the experience. This includes the Flying Dutchman and Sentry Hill zip lines (there are 4 of them). Takes 5 hours to do the Whole Thing!! Hence Why I'm writing this review, it "Really" shouldn't take this long to do this adventure. The Staff is Great! but they need More Help!! You Sit (literally) for an hour waiting to just go up to the first zip line! In my opinion that is Way Too Long! If it weren't for All the Waiting each time you get to a Zip Line the experience would have been Much Better!

Don't skip, but be aware! - The Zipline itself is amazing! If you go from a cruise ship it's beneficial if not they will bump you to the back of the line. Also the whole experience is not very organized. If you are staying on the island it would be worth looking how many ships are in port any given day.

Save Your Coin - Not worth the price. 2 events that literally took a total of 15 minutes yet it cost $178?!?! Highway robbery! Save your money.

Scam? - Buyer beware! Purchased tickets to go on 5/1/25. Got charged 3 times because their site kept kicking me out. Then they canceled morning of due to ‘safety concerns’. I have my doubts- maybe they hadn’t sold enough tickets for that day or the impending rain made them decide to cancel. Worst part- I’ve been trying to reach someone for 4 days to get a refund. NO ONE RESPONDS and they don’t answer the phone. Scam? Crappy company? Idk. Had to dispute charges with my credit card company.

No way! - I wouldn’t recommend The Dutchman unless you enjoy long, disorganized waits and rude staff. We were told the wait time was 45 minutes, but ended up standing in line for 2 full hours. This wasn’t just a one-off—everyone around us seemed just as frustrated and confused, with no updates or communication from the workers. Speaking of the staff, they were impatient and dismissive, brushing off questions and acting like we were a bother for even asking about wait times. The whole operation felt chaotic and mismanaged from start to finish. As for the ride itself? It was okay. Not terrible, not amazing—definitely not worth standing in the heat for two hours. With so many better options out there, I’d skip The Dutchman and save your time and patience for something more enjoyable.
