The builders of My Son gained their cultural and spiritual influences almost exclusively from India in the form of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva. Shiva was the central figure of worship and his images are common in what remains of the Cham monuments. Tour Program:

• 12:00 p.m.: The guide and driver will meet guests at their hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang city. They will then transfer to My Son Holy Land, a significant religious site for the ancient Champa Kingdom, which thrived from the 4th to the 13th centuries. The Champa people governed Central Vietnam until the Vietnamese annexed it in the 19th century. The temples were constructed using bricks without mortar. The tour guide will lead guests through the captivating ruins and provide a brief explanation.

• Afterward, the tour continues to Hoi An, where the guide will lead a walking tour around the old quarter. Visitors will explore various points of interest, including the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, and the local market.

• Next, guests will enjoy a 25-minute Sampan boat ride and release paper lanterns onto the river to attract good luck.
