Great water experience - Booking was simple and finding the shack on the beach was clear. The waverunners were in good condition and we had a great time. We saw fish jumping in the water and plenty of sea turtles. There is no place to store belongings on the waverunner. We left our belongings in the shack. They provide hooks for bags.

Fun in the Sun! - So much fun! Our family of 4 each rented a single jet ski from Delphi on Eagle Beach. We were allowed to traverse a large body of water with minimal restrictions. We highly recommend this company, its employees, and machines. Thank you Delphi!

Amazing! - My name is Daniel, and this was hands-down the best place to rent jet skis and water sports equipment! Olga and Julissa, in the back office were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. 10/10—make sure this is your first stop for water activities!

Amazing experience! The... - Amazing experience! The jet skis were in good condition, and the staff for most part made everything easy and fun. Riding over the clear blue water was definitely a highlight of my trip.

First time - It was my first time and we didn’t really have much instruction only if we get thrown off to go with the flow, but it was a good experience. Everybody was friendly for the most part. I lasted about 17 minutes. I couldn’t get through the 430 because I was scared. The water was moving the machine too much for me.

The people working it... - The people working it were SO rude. They yelled at us when we couldn’t quite understand what he was saying when asking where to put our belongings, and then my fiance and I got on the jet ski and was on it for 5 minutes before I had a bad allergic reaction to the water hitting my face. We called someone over and the guy said sometimes they have goggles and to go up to the people at the hut again and the guy at the hut said no they don’t. When getting pulled out of the water, the guy pulling us out was very nice and said he should be able to rebook our time slot given the circumstance, but the guy at the hut told me that it’s my own fault and they won’t do anything for me. The whole time, he was rude and inattentive and sat on his phone ignoring us, as my eyes were swollen shut and I was crying in so much pain. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. Genuinely don’t go here if you wanna have a good time!! This is supposed to be a FUN experience but it was terrible!

Horrible experience and no customer service - Extremely disappointed with this jet ski rental experience. The jet ski I was given would only go about 4 mph — barely moving. After struggling with it for 10 minutes, I gave up and returned to the starting point. I was waving my hands and yelling for help, but no one from the rental staff came to assist me. It took another company getting their attention before they finally responded. They did eventually give me a working jet ski, with a lot of attitude from the employee but by that point most of my paid time was gone. I paid for 30 minutes and only actually got about 10 minutes of usable ride time. Poor equipment maintenance and even worse customer service. I would not recommend unless they seriously improve how they monitor their rentals and respond to customers who clearly need help.

I don’t feel safety is... - I don’t feel safety is emphasized enough. Someone to ensure a life vest in on properly. Someone to give an example of one person on a jet ski vs two.
