• Water shoes, sun protection, drinking water, and weather layers are recommended.
• Arrive within your 30-minute pickup window if applicable.
• Return rentals at least 30 minutes before closing to avoid late fees if applicable.
• Rentals are not canceled for fog, rain, snow, or cold weather.
• Operator may cancel for lightning, extreme wind, unsafe water conditions, emergency, maintenance, or fleet availability issues.

Cancel at least 3 days before your reservation for a full refund; cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be transferred to a future booking, while late cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.
