• Water shoes, sun protection, drinking water, and weather layers are recommended.
• Arrive within your 30-minute pick-up window.
• Return rentals at least 30 minutes before closing to avoid late fees.
• Rentals may not be held past the allotted pickup time during peak season.
• Rentals are not canceled for fog, rain, snow, or cold weather.
• Operator may cancel for lightning, extreme wind, unsafe water conditions, emergency, maintenance, or fleet availability issues.
• Full-day rentals are strongly recommended for lake trips that require drive time to and from park entrances.
