- Seven Sisters Country Park - The walk will proceed from Seaford Head to Cuckmere Haven, with a stop at Hope Gap. If tides allow, there will be a descent to the beach, offering magnificent views of The Seven Sisters’ white cliffs.
- Cuckmere Haven - The journey continues along the picturesque Cuckmere River to the Seven Sisters Visitors Centre.
- Saltmarsh Farmhouse & Cafe - There will be a 45-minute break for drinks and lunch (not included) at the Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. Walkers can also purchase souvenirs and learn about the local area at the centre.
A brief walk from the Visitors Centre provides stunning views of the winding Cuckmere River. For those interested, a short (but steep) walk to Friston Forest is available.
The tour concludes with a bus ride back to Seaford.

All walks offer breathtaking views of the Seven Sisters Cliffs, Seaford Head, and Cuckmere Haven. The guide, Matt, will lead participants to hidden gems known only to locals, such as seascapes, magnificent white cliffs, rivers, forests, secluded villages, farmland, and Downland hills. Participants are advised to wear suitable clothing and footwear for walking.
For those who prefer a less strenuous experience, there is an option to take a bus back to Seaford after lunch, ensuring the walk remains enjoyable and not overly challenging.
