Improve communication with the coordinator and the tourist - Very good everything and coordination Only all of a sudden the coordinator left and didn't warn, I got anxious because I thought she was gone. Then I contacted the wsp they sent me and came back I should let you know what management looks like since I thought you were gone. On the way back he told me he went to drop off other passengers. OK but you have to warn Thanks 🙂 the rest all very good!!! Car, driver, arrival at the hotel great

Scam - We never get the transfer the person who receives us said the car had a problem . And we paid for 2 people and she has 2 more people waiting for the car. THis is a SCAM di not use this company. I got ther at 12:30 am and i was supposed to wait one hour to wait for another car. Of course we didn’t wait. And they said that so you leave in a taxi. Big mistake to booked them.

Never show - I have use this service many times before but this time they never showed up, I even emailed the day before ,to confirm , no response….I ask for a 8pm pick up to the airport,..at 8:30 no one showed up so I HD to get a taxi to the airport, almost lose my flight.
