Cotopaxi - hike and horse ride. - Just a fantastic day from start to finish. Dario was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We were given clear instructions on what to take and where to meet. Horse riding was just fabulous. Little hiccup when the weather closed in and we decided not to finish the walk up the volcano but Dario took straight down to the most beautiful lake where we had a lovely walk and saw lots of birds. Thank you. Highly Recommend.

Really great tour. Had a... - Really great tour. Had a great time horseback riding around the park with the beautiful scenery. The hike up to the base camp is tough but you are able to take it slow. I recommend hiking shoes as the routes are sandy and gravely. Fatima and Dario were excellent tour guides. Highly recommend!

Fabulous authentic experience - highly recommend - Great experience throughout. Jorge from the tour company sent us the detailed itinerary 24 hrs before including what we should bring. Alba our guide was fabulous and the most lovely caring person, making sure everyone was ok and giving us local knowledge along the way. The horseriding was a real highlight for our family even though our teenagers have limited riding experience and whilst it was a long day, the scenery was stunning and is definitely one for the family memory bank.

Great guides and great excursion - I had Alva as my guide and Marie as the driver (she also accompanied us on the hike portion of the excursion). Both were super lovely and friendly! I really enjoyed the horse riding, the weather was perfect for it and they even supply ponchos so you don't feel the cold or wind as much. The horses were well behaved and it was my favourite part. The hike was challenging because of the altitude but so worth it once you get to the top. Alva was really supportive in encouraging everyone throughout the hike. We enjoyed some hot chocolate before coming back down. Overall, really great excursion and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking to see the sights a bit differently!

An exclusive experience - Smooth communication, great tour experience, nice and competent guides, no prior experience is necessary for riding, as the animals are great. Great view of and from Cotopaxi.
