Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum & Khan El Khalili Bazaars

Pyramids of Giza - After breakfast, at approximately 8:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel by a private air-conditioned vehicle to begin a full day tour of the Giza Pyramids. Visit the Great Pyramids - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos. Cheops is the largest pyramid ever constructed. Next, get a close-up view of the Sphinx and visit the Valley Temple, where King Chephren’s body was mummified before being buried in his pyramid (the Middle Pyramid). Then, proceed to the Sphinx, the grand funerary complex guarded by the legendary lion’s body with King Chephren’s face.

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - Afterwards, drive for 30 minutes to downtown Cairo to visit the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. The museum showcases a rare collection of 5,000 years of art, the largest and most valuable collection of Egyptian art in the world. Over 250,000 genuine artifacts are displayed, including a dedicated exhibit to the treasures, gold, and jewelry of Tutankhamen, which were enclosed in his tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

Khan Al-Khalili - Then, visit the Khan El Khalili Bazaars. The shops in this district are renowned for fine brassware, copper, perfumes, leather, silver, gold, antiques, and more. At the end of the day, around 5:00 pm, you will be transferred back to your hotel.

Day Tour in Luxor & Return to Cairo

Valley of the Kings - After breakfast, at around 4:00 am, transfer to the domestic airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor at 6:00 am, a representative will meet you to start a full day tour of the West Bank, visiting the Valley of Kings, Deir El Bahari Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Explore the Necropolis of Thebes on the Eastern bank. Cross the Nile and drive to the Valley of Kings to visit the tombs of various dynasties and the Temple of Deir El Bahari.

Colossi of Memnon - On the return journey, stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two enormous seated statues representing Amenophis III facing the Nile.

Temple of Hatshepsut - Then, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.

Luxor Temple - Continue your tour on the East Bank, visiting Karnak and Luxor Temples. Explore the Luxor Temple to see its courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses the Great. Proceed by carriage or bus to Karnak.

Temple of Karnak - Karnak is a series of temples built during different reigns. Begin at the Avenue of Sphinxes, visit the Unfinished Propylon, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Thutmose III, the Temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus designs, the Granite Scarab of Amenophis III, and the Sacred Lake.

Hotel day use will be arranged if the return flight to Cairo is in the late evening.

Around 8:30 pm, transfer to the domestic airport for your flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, meet and assist by a local representative, then transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Transfer to Cairo Airport for Final Departure

Cairo International Airport - Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Check out by 12:00 noon, and as per request, a representative will transfer you to the airport and assist with final departure formalities. Drop-off services are available 24/7.
