- Temple of Kom Ombo - Next, continue your tour to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, which stands on elevated ground overlooking the Nile. This temple is unique due to its dual entrances, each dedicated to a different god: “Haroeris,” the Egyptian God of Light with a falcon head, and “Sobek,” the ancient Egyptian God of the Nile with a crocodile head. Kom Ombo is also significant for its vast sugar-cane fields, as it is primarily an agricultural town, producing mainly irrigated sugar cane and corn.
Afterward, you will be transported back to your hotel in Luxor.

PERFECTLY TAILORED TRIP - Martina Magdy is the contact person and honestly she treats you like a VIP and a personal high-level private travel agent. I have NEVER been so cared for like Martina did. Came from the US. She set up and booked my two-day White Desert tour and tailored it to exactly what I wanted - including a last-minute addition of sand boarding, a beautiful hotel rather than camping, and an amazing tour. Pick ups/drop-offs were flawless and tailored to my needs (airport, other hotels). Then I discovered she could arrange Luxor as well and again, planned a perfect 3 days in Luxor with an extremely professional and knowledgeable guide (Mohammed! and Mohammed the coordinator in Luxor as well who adjusted something last minute for us) also to my exact desires. Please know that I have been planning this trip for 6 months and I am neurotically anal and very specific with what I want. I contacted and called many tours and Martina with Sun Pyramids was most responsive, most economical, and most professional (I do not want to say on this review but I had 3 other companies in communication with me and they were nothing like Sun Pyramids). Martina got every single detail right! Perfect. Further, throughout my stay in Egypt, Martina personally checked on me and my family constantly. I honestly and truly cannot thank Martina and Sun Pyramid tours enough. I literally don't understand how they could have done what they did for my family. It was truly unbelievable how perfect my 5 days with them was (2 in White Desert and 3 in Luxor). I wish there was a way for me to literally tip or pay Martina extra because I was so grateful to her. Nile Cruise + Luxor - Spectacular tour of the different temples of the Luxor area, very well accompanied by our guide Aladdin, who has attended us very well and we felt very comfortable with him! 😊
