Isle of SkyeTour - Highly Recommended! - I took the 3-day Isle of Skye/LochNess Tour with my wife and daughter. We all had a great time. The natural sights were breathtakingly beautiful and the historical sights were fascinating. Our guide Jim was very knowledgeable and sociable. I would recommend this tour or any other he does. If we come to Scotland again, we will most likely look to get in contact with him for another tour.

WOW and MORE WOW - We departed from Glasgow and had 3 glorious days in the highlands. One of the castles was closed (scheduled) so Ailsa substituted The Fairy Pools ( I was excited as I wanted to do this more than the castle). I could have stayed here all day. There was a lot to do and see but not so much that you felt rushed; Ailsa kept it comfortably paced. Our accommodations, secured through the company were fine- clean and very friendly staff. Communication before the trip was excellent.. always responded quickly. I would do another tour with this company if I ever come back to Scotland.

Great Small Group Tour - Really enjoyed this tour with Aila and our group of 8. Aila was great at communicating with the group and considerate of the group members’ capabilities/needs/desires. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. This tour is a great combination of sightseeing and exploring Scotland’s Highlands with walks and the occasional hike. As the for the company they were very responsive to my inquiries prior to the hike and assisting with accommodations for my 2 night stay in Skye. I enjoyed my time at Air Leth. The breakfast options were pretty good, my room and bathroom were spacious and very clean.

Best Tour Guide Ever - This was an AMAZING tour! I’d like to genuinely thank our tour guide Aila because she took us to a few stops that weren’t in the original itinerary like the fairy pools and Corrann beach where there are dinosaur tracks which was pretty cool. This is a great tour if you’re looking to make friends on holiday. The van only seats 8 people so if you want to make friends it’s very easy. I would highly recommend for solo travelers for this exact reason. My friend and I had a great time, made friends from across the world and saw the most beautiful sights. Very thankful to Aila and the Scotland’s Wild company!

An amazing time around Skye - My partner and I did a trip with Scotland's Wild up to the Isle of Skye in the week between Christmas and New Years. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. The guide - Jim - was fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, and so accommodating of our requests to stop for photos of the landscape when the weather cleared for glimpses of the highlands. Winter isn't the best time to go to avoid the rain, unfortunately, but we still had an awesome time seeing everything we could. Afterwards, we agreed we preferred to remember (and perhaps romanticise) Scotland this way - with less people and wilder weather. The only let down was not getting to see the Glenfinnan Viaduct due to the weather cancelling the ferry, but these things happen. It gives us an excuse to come back!

Solo Travel to the Isle of Skye - We had an amazing time with Ailsa on our 3-day Isle of Skye tour. We got to see so many amazing sites across the Highlands and Isle of Skye in a short timeframe. The small group made the trip much more enjoyable than normal tour groups. I felt completely comfortable as a solo traveler and think this would be a great option for travelers in groups of 1-4. If you don’t get a selfie with at least one sheep and do the Old Man of Storr hike you’re missing out!

Best trip and tour guide! - This was a fantastic trip. SO many things to see and do, and the weather was wonderful, even for October. And what made it even better was we had the best guide ever, Lauren, who was just absolutely wonderful. She really participated in everything we did and had so many great stories and suggestions of places to go and see. Absolutely the best and most fun guide. It was sad when our group had to depart!
