superb 🤩 - Isn’t it a bit short to go to the Highlands, Isle of Skye and Loch Ness for 3 days? Yes... and no! Yes, because we would like to be able to multiply stops and take even more time in each place because the landscapes are so beautiful. But no, because thanks to the perfectly timed organization of this tour, we were able to discover the essentials for a first visit to Scotland. A huge thank you to our guide, Paul S who made us discover beautiful spots and allowed us to take great photos. Along the way, he told us stories and legends of Scotland, enriched by stories about modern local culture. Its playlist, mixing tradition and modernity, perfectly accompanied the trip. A modern guide... without kilt ☺️ One small downside: the organization of the last day could be reviewed, especially in winter, because some places are closed. There were fewer stops and the road back seemed quite long. But other than that, there's nothing wrong: Do not hesitate to book this tour!

Incredible Experience in the Highlands of Scotland - A fantastic and unforgettable trip for those who want to know the Highlands of Scotland. Our Guide Paul S was amazing, a true storyteller. During the tour, place local music and note some Scottish customs. Punctuality and sympathy always present. A special thanks to Paul S for contributing to the quality of the experience. Although it was late February, we had immense luck with the weather (two days of clear sky and sun).

A glimpse of the Highlands - It was a great tour to get a taste of the Highlands. Paul S. was really cool, had a lot of interesting little stories to tell about Scotland or the places we visited, and he was a photographer so he advised us when and where to take good pictures.

Rod made our Highland trip truly special - It was an absolutely awesome three-day Highland tour. Rod was a fantastic guide. He is very kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. He took special care of my dad, kept suggesting and recommending things, and shared so many interesting stories and facts that made every place we visited even more meaningful. The timing was perfect, with adequate breaks for rest, and everything was very punctual. We covered incredibly beautiful areas, and Rod’s enthusiasm and involvement truly made the trip special. The itinerary was excellent, and I would highly recommend this tour to everyone, regardless of age.

Best Highlands tour! - The Highlands tour with Gary (our The Hairy Coo's guide) was truly fantastic and adventurous! We crossed snow-capped mountains, greeted numerous lochs, and saw rivers and waterfalls. Gary entertained us with accurate historical accounts, naturalistic and geographical details, and folkloric tales of magical legends. The visit to Culloden was truly moving, and the trip to the stone circle made us feel the magic of the Highlands. The recommendations on where to eat and listen to good music in Inverness (as well as in all the places we stopped during the tour) were also greatly appreciated. The bus ride is long, but the many stops along the way and the stunning scenery make the experience very enjoyable. A plus is the tracklist Gary puts on the bus, featuring music by Scottish artists, both folk and indie/pop: beautiful! If you want to discover the landscapes and history of the Highlands in three days, this is definitely the best tour you can choose! Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderfu tour, a must have. - Unfortunately, I accidentally posted just 5 stars on GetYourGuide without adding my review, so here it is! I traveled for 3 days with Hairy Coo, and our guide was Stevie. I enjoyed every minute of it—the scenery in autumn was absolutely magical. For a 3-day tour, the price was incredibly reasonable. The bus was comfortable, the tour company easy to reach, and Stevie was a wonderful guide. We had pleasant toilet and food breaks, and at every stop, we had enough time to enjoy the sights. Booking this tour was the best decision I made during my Scotland trip. I stayed 2 nights at the same hostel in Inverness, and even from there, it was easy to reach the meeting point. Absolutely amazing experience! Don’t bother renting a car and driving on the left—book this 3-day tour instead. Worth every penny, it’s a real lifesaver. We also had a lot fun experiences like feeding the coos and doing the fairy pools ritual :D I couldn't dare putting my face in the cold water though, I always remember this tour with a smile on my face, Thank you Stevie.

Awesome Highlands Tour - It was a fantastic experience getting to see the Highlands. The views were amazing and it was just a great tour overall. Our guide and driver Ryan was incredible, so funny and so good at what he does. He was also so knowledgable about Scottish history and would provide nuggets of information at every location and during the drives. He really made the tour experience a joy. My friends and I cannot be more pleased.
