We shall head through the beautiful Craigmillar Park, home of Craigmillar Castle, before heading through the 19th Century Victorian Railway tunnel taking us into Holyrood Park and riding past our extinct volcano, Arthur’s Seat. We then head onto cycle paths all the way to the coast for coffee or Ice cream! This is perfect for families or those who want a gentle ride to the beach. We shall stop at historic sights and learn a little history about this ancient city. Weather in Scotland is changeable and we ride in the rain as this does not affect the tour. Please bring a waterproof jacket.

The journey begins in the heart of Craigmillar Castle grounds, conveniently located near the city center and easily accessible by foot, bus, taxi, or car (with free on-site parking available). E-bikes are available for hire at an additional cost of £20 per person, payable in cash on the day. Please inform us if you would like this option. (For those interested in a longer adventure, consider our ‘20 Mile Circular Tour of Edinburgh,’ which lasts 4.5 hours.)
