So much fun - It was a really fun night. I recommend it for people traveling alone — by the end of the night, you’ll have a big group of friends.

Fantastic Crawl in Edinburgh! - This is definitely one of the best crawls I've been a part of. TJ is an amazing guide. He was interactive, kept the energy of the group high, and even helped me with recommendations for things to do in the city. The others guests were also so nice and it was a lovely group of people. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to experience Edinburgh nightlife!

What a night! - Honestly, I didn’t know how we would go. Not sure if we would have a great night or not. Well. We didn’t have a great night. We had a FANTASTIC night!! Met some amazing people and hit some good drinking spots. I would highly recommend this tour. It’s not just for the young ones it’s for any one of any age.

Avoid if booking a "private" tour - Group of 26 for a hen party. On the site it states you have to book a private crawl for this as they've experienced problems in the past mixing with public tours. We paid £30per head for this private tour. Website states you get your personal guide, tailored crawl to parties vide done on the night, photos taken throughout the evening, discounted drinks on each bar. Company Failings ... Our private party was mixed in with a public crawl ( who pay a fraction "£10 per head" of what we were charged ) Discounts not honoured once in bar ( bar staff said discounts haven't been offered for over 12mths and company aware of it ) Tailored package to meet your group's needs and vibe - told by our guide on the night he had no idea what I was talking about - we visit the same 5 bars on every crawl No photography taken during the evening ( although we did leave at the second venue ) Worst part of the experience and most upsetting was the lack of safety concern shown by the guide for members of the group that had been physically assaulted and man handled inappropriately during the time and the crawl. When this was brought to the guides attention nothing was done about it. These were other members who had been allowed on the bar crawl that were acting inappropriately towards a number of ladies in our party. We were made to feel unsafe and very uncomfortable in what was an unpleasant and quite scary situation. We raised our concerns multiple times within the first 1hrs - 2hrs of the bar crawl ( at the first venue we had issues ) and in the end we could no longer continue will the crawl, and left after just 30mins at second venue of the evening. We did speak with the guide again before we left and he called his manager and told myself and the Bride to be who organised the Bar crawl, that we would be getting a full refund because of the failing and the unsafe situation we had found ourselves in. We were told that the bride ( as she organised everything ) had to put all that had occurred and our concerns in an email and then the refund would be processed. This was done 8dsys ago and we are yet to even get a response from the company. Very poor customer service, very poor service altogether. 26 very disappointed and upset ladies. Not to mention a bride to be who's hen party was ruined by being miss sold and placing us in an terrible unsafe environment.

Would give 1/10 if I could - Went with my nieces hen do was shabby service to say the least. - booked and paid specifically for private tour but got paired with a public tour and were told we could not separate. - The private tour includes choosing our own route and vibe for the night from the number of bars they have partnerships with. We were told we could talk to the tour guide on the day about it about where we wanted to go. This was not provided, the tour guide refused. - Payment includes photos taken on a “professional camera” all night by the tour guide. They had no camera and were not taking photos. - We were supposed to get discounts at each bar but even after the two first bars we were being told you couldn’t get discounts. - They say on their website they separate hen and stag dos from the public tours because they cause problems, yet we were paired with a public tour. Some of the girls in the group found some of them men in the public tour inappropriate and uncomfortable to be around in the first bar one of our hen team was spat at by a lad and another was come onto by another and nothing was done as the guide was no where in sight. - Again we paid for a private tour which is £30 pp. The public tours range from £10-£17, they’re at most £25 if someone decides they want to join along the way, so we paid a lot more than the people who were grouped with us. In total from us all we paid nearly £800 and said they couldn’t even separate us from their public tours as advertised. We were told on the night after complaining that the manager was aware. All we needed to do was email the manager and he would give us a refund. We emailed the manager on the 23rd, surprise surprise they have had no response. I am now at the Point where I will be contacting trading standards in regards to this

Please please be safe, protect your money, and do not book this tour. - Please do not book with this company if you want the private tour. On the 21st of March I was with a big group of women booked on a private crawl for a hen do. We left by the time we got to the second bar as we were ultimately scammed, and multiple women felt uncomfortable/unsafe. - We booked and paid for a private tour but got paired with a public tour and were told we had to stay with them. - The private tour includes choosing route and vibe for the night and that we could talk to the tour guide on the day about it. We asked about this but this was not provided. The tour guide on the night said they go to the same 5 bars every time. - Payment includes “professional photos” being taken by the tour guide. They had no camera and were not taking photos. - We were supposed to get discounts at each bar but even after the two first bars some of group were being told you couldn’t get discounts. This happened at both pilgrims and the Frankenstein bar. We left after that so couldn’t say about the rest. - They say on their website they separate hen and stag dos from the public tours because they cause problems, yet we were paired with a public tour. Some of the girls in the group found some of them men in the public tour inappropriate and uncomfortable to be around and they would not leave us alone. - Again we paid for a private tour which is £30 per person. The public tours range from £10-£17, they’re at most £25 if someone decides they want to join the public tour that night, so we were being ripped off. In total we paid nearly £800 in total, and they couldn’t even separate us from the public crawl as advertised and give us a private tour. I was told by the tour guide that if we email the manager, they’re aware of the situation and would give us a refund. I emailed the manager and the email for the main website over a week ago and have heard nothing. Please please be safe, protect your money, and do not book this tour.
