A cut above the rest - A totally unreal experience, highly recommend. This tour has been one of our highlights of Edinburgh. Gwen is truly amazing, fun, and knowledgeable. Forget the many tacky tours out there and book this one

Enriching day in Edinburgh - We easily met Gee in Waverley Station, our meeting point. After a short introduction we started an interesting walking tour that he adapted to our interests and wishes. He is a great storyteller and showed us lot of hidden gems and remarkable details in and on the Edinburgh streets. We had a nice lunch in The Last Drop. We concluded our tour, that covered all the main places of interest, with a good beer in a beautiful pub. He made our visit to Edinburgh one of the highlights on our cruise.

GREAT LEARNING TOUR - Our tour with MIchael was Awesome.... one of the best on our UK trip!! His knowledge of history and the way he presents it make this experience very enlightening and enjoyable. He kept the pace I requested which meant it was not strenuous. He exceeded our expectations ... showing us many wonderful "off the beaten" track sights that we would never have known about.
We HIGHLY recommend this tour and Michael!!

A fascinating tour with Dr. Gains. - This was an exceptional experience. Edinburgh is a fascinating city with a dramatic history. Gains is a superb guide with an amazing grasp of the historic and “hidden gems” of the city. He has a PhD understanding coupled with a pleasant and friendly manner. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Warmest welcome in chilly December - Absolutely loved Edinburgh. All of our guides were marvelous. Such a warm, inviting city even in Winter! We had the pleasure of a guided walking tour around Edinburgh that gave us a fantastic overview of the city. We will be coming back soon!

Great Tour Guide in Edinburgh! - Michael did an amazing job taking us off the "beaten path" when touring Edinburgh. We appreciated how Michael tailored the tour to our needs. He was very communicative in advance to find out what we wanted to do and he followed up with us after our tour on somethings we had questions about. Michael is an Edinburgh native and knows his stuff! We would highly recommend requesting him!

Outstanding guide. - Gee was great! He crafted the tour to what we had specifically wanted. The pace. The opportunity to learn about whiskey. He had good stories. Helped us learn about some Scottish history. And he was just a delight to spend the afternoon with.

Walking Edinburgh with Cal! - We had a limited time in Edinburgh and Calcedonio Riesi was our tour guide. His love of history and his city and country was evident as he gave us an engaging walk through Edinburgh -full of history, myths, and anecdotes. He offered suggestions for the remainder of our stay as well. Full of knowledge and energy, the time flew by as we talked centuries of royalty, history, renovations and progress. You can’t miss spending some time with Cal!

Unforgettable city walk in Edinburgh - Jill was my private tour guide in Edinburgh at the end of September/ beginning of October. I enjoyed the couple of hours city walk tour with her. I appreciate her insights into the city’s history, culture and rich informations about the historic places and museums. It’s a fun and unforgettable experience.
