• Off Peak Seasons (Apr/Sep/Oct): Tours begin at 09:00 from Waterloo Place, every 15 minutes, with the last tour at 18:00, ending at 19:05.

• Winter Season (Nov-Mar): Tours commence at 09:00 from Waterloo Place, every 15 minutes, with the final tour at 16:00, concluding at 17:10.

Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Special timetables apply on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Boxing Day, and January 2nd. Please check with street staff for details.
