• Holyrood Distillery - Delight in our Gin collection with a relaxed, interactive, and engaging experience!

Guests will receive a warm welcome in our Distillery lounge, where they will meet their host and fellow participants for the evening. Begin with a welcome cocktail as Holyrood is introduced. Discover our story and the realm of contemporary Scottish gin production.

In our Spirits Lab, guests will engage in a sensory perception challenge to test their sense of smell! The key components of our gin production will be explored, along with our Height of Arrows narrative, sharing our brand’s origins and local folklore. Learn about the gin-making process and what makes our recipe unique.

Participants will savor tastings of our 4 gin varieties and learn about our innovative flavor manipulation techniques. Experiment with various flavor profiles by pairing different garnishes, mixers, and other accompaniments with the gin.

During the tasting, more insights into the world of gin cocktails will be shared! Guests will then have the opportunity to select their next cocktail based on their newfound knowledge and enjoy it in our inviting Distillery lounge.

Your experience has a focus on being an interactive, hands-on experience. This experience allows guests to take a deeper dive into our world of Gin - not only trying the neat spirit, but learning how to use it in other creative ways.

This experience is great for people who may have already been on a ‘gin’ tour and are looking for something a little different. While many other gin experiences from other distilleries teach people about the history of gin making, we prefer to focus on modern drinks trends and the exciting innovations of current Scottish gin production. In particular, learn more about our experimentation with Scottish Juniper.
