• Grapefruit & Mint Sorbet - Freshly squeezed Grapefruit topped with garden fresh mint. No other explanation needed. Just a lovely refreshing treat especially on a hot day!
• Frozen Key Lime Pie - Frozen dessert layered with crunchy homemade gluten-free biscuit, topped with a zesty homemade lime gel, finished with a sprinkling of popping candy.
• Sourdough Toast Ice Cream - with Sourdough Croutons (must book 2 days in advance)
• Miso & Cinnamon Ice Cream with edible apple flavoured bowl - A warm homemade sour‑apple waffle bowl, a scoop of miso & cinnamon ice cream, topped with an apple & oat crumble. Simply delish!
• Dairy-free Pineapple Coconut & Cardamom Ice Cream on a Meringue Plate - Made with fresh pineapple, served on a meringue plate, topped with toasted coconut and a hint of cardamom. Light, indulgent and completely dairy-free.
• Rose & Pistachio Baked Alaska - Rose flavoured ice cream using a hint of natural rose essence, homemade soft pistachio cake, all coated in oven baked toasted meringue.
• Real Popcorn Flavoured Ice Cream - Freshly made popcorn infused into the ice cream, then rolled in sweet & salted popcorn for an irresistible crunch, served as one big ball of pure joy!
