Lovely tour of Historic Scotland - A great 9.5 hours with alot to take in. Pick up was at Festival Theatre in Edinburgh city and only 13 of us were in a large coach. The guide Graeme was very friendly, knowledgeable and took us to all the must see spots and some more. He quickly organised the Loch Lomond cruise and even got us to have photo shoots when we saved on time. There is definitely value for money in going on this tour and i would recommend this. Am hoping to be back again to see different routes and other Cities and towns beyond Edinburgh

Very Good - definitely be enhanced even more if you were lucky enough to get Brendan as your driver !! - Had the Loch Lomond & Trossachs tour from Edinburgh City, driver Brendan picked us up on time and right out side our hotel (Ibis) in the city centre, only 8 people on our full size coach but what a tour! Brendan was very informative, friendly and fun with all of us right from the start of leaving Edinburgh, including many interesting things along the whole journey, Stops along the way were just right, and the cruise on Loch Lomond fantastic and what views there was to see! Brendan told us about and then sung the Loch Lomond song, you take the high road etc ! On way back to Edinburgh we stop at the Kelpies again with lots of knowledge from Brendan, A Fantastic trip ! What recommend this tour, and it would definitely be enhanced even more if you were lucky enough to get Brendan !

Excursion to Highland Land - It was a really fun trip, our driver Brian constantly informed us of the facts as we made the bus journey with a sense of humor. For Brian, 5 stars. Regarding the trip, it was very good, I was just sorry that I didn't have more time in some of the places we were.

Memorable tour with less highlands - It was a memorable tour. I enjoyed it very much. Just I wish we had more time in the Scottish highlands. My original tour was of Loch Ness, Glencoe and Scottish highlands, but it got cancelled due to less people booked for the tour and the weather I guess. Instead of that I was offered this option. All I needed more time in the highlands, but that didn't happen. However, the driver was friendly and he dropped me off in front of my hotel.

Grayline Scotland, extremely bad quality! - I do understand that covid circumstances are very challenging for tourism all over the world but the treatment we received today from Greyline Scotland was really substandard. We were announced late the previous day (too late to book another excursion) by Andy Wilson (a very rude person) that our excursion was cancelled due to too few participants (not financially profitable!) and to be refunded I had to contact GetYourGuide without no clue of their phone number nor e-mail address. Mr Wilson didn’t even make a small effort to answer my last message! I cannot avoin comparing our treatment to Rabbies company in Aberdeen which organised a tour even to only one person. Grayline Scotland, a company really worth avoiding!!
