My favorite part of scotland - IF YOU ARE WONDERING IF YOU SHOULD BOOK THIS - IT IS WORTH IT!!!! Jimmy is wonderful! He spent the whole day showing us some beautiful spots! He took us to places that weren’t as touristy and the scenery was gorgeous!!!! We were able to feed highland coos (cows) and even were lucky enough to see some deer and a rainbow along the way! He is very outgoing and personable, and he truly gives you the full Scottish experience! 11/10 recommend!!!

Fantastic day trip - Yes, it is a long day. However you get to see so much, and the stops get progressively more impressive. Jimmy is a wonderful tour guide. He is very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor, which we very much enjoyed. I absolutely recommend this tour, it is worth every cent. It was our favorite thing we did on our 5 day trip to Scotland. If you struggle at all with motion sickness I also recommend taking non-drowsy Dramamine, as there is a lot of time spent in the car.

Scotland’s Hidden Gem? Jimmy! - Where do I even begin? Jimmy was, hands down, the only person we would ever want to experience the magic of Scotland with. From start to finish, he made our trip unforgettable — so much so that we truly never wanted the day to end. From exploring majestic castles, marveling at towering horse statues, and falling in love with the adorable Highland Coos, to taking in the breathtaking views of the Highlands — every moment was pure joy. As first-time travelers outside the U.S., Jimmy set the bar incredibly high. We’re already planning our next trip to Scotland, and you can bet we’ll be meeting up with our friend — who now feels like family — for a brand-new adventure. We miss you already, Jimmy. Thank you for a day we’ll never forget!

Best day tour from Edinburgh to Highlands - Long day but every stop worth it! Saw so much, Jimmy was the best tour guide, took care of us with stops for food and bathroom breaks when needed, loads of information, and just an entertaining guide. Jimmy knows everyone and you'll be glad to be counted among them!

Amazing day with Jimmy! - It was our first time in Scotland and we booked to stay in Edinburgh but also wanted to see the highlands. Our day with Jimmy couldn’t have been a better way to explore outside the city. He is exceptionally friendly and while it is a long day it didn’t feel like it as we had so many stops along the way to break up the travel. Stirling Castle was a highlight - definitely opt in to the 50 min free tour while you are there. The highlands were breathtaking and they even had vegetarian haggis on offer at the hikers pub! Jimmy’s car is clean and packed with drinks and snacks and he is an excellent driver. So glad he was the one behind the wheel when a speeding car swerved into our lane racing a motorcycle!!! Jimmy also goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect - we’d been hunting for crumpets with no luck but somehow Jimmy was able to ask around and find us a bakery that sold them. Thanks Jimmy Joon for a truly memorable day!

Incredible Tour with Jimmy - In a trip to Europe that included excellent experiences in Amsterdam, London, Paris, and Edinburgh, this tour with Jimmy was our favorite. On top of being a great guy, he’s also an excellent tour guide. He took us to several stops on the way from Edinburgh to the highlands, where we got to meet some of the locals and discuss the fascinating history of the area. There were a few well-planned surprises along the way which rounded out the experience, and in the interest of not spoiling these surprises for others I’ll just say that they were well worth the time. The highlands are beautiful and definitely worth the time it takes to get there. Again, with planned sightseeing stops along the way and great Scottish banter, Jimmy makes the time fly by. I would recommend this experience with Jimmy to all who have a day to set aside and see the highlands.
