I liked the group size, not too many people. Their class room is very clean and organized, and Brian provided great historical information about gin and his making throughout the world. Fun and interesting to listen to. The method to create your own gin recipe is genius and Kim provides a lot of knowledge and support to do that. I would recommend that for the slide show the main lights in the room should be a little dimmed, so there is a better view of what Brian is showing. Otherwise everything was perfect. I loved it.

Kim and Brian provide an oustanding experience. Very much enjoyed it. Might have tasted a bit too much of the other products. But we had a DD so all good. By the way, I apologize for the rude question on your bank. I am always very curious about how small community or local banks do with respect to supporting local business vs. the big banks. But it was inappropriate for me to ask.

This class we do wonderful! I got it as a gift for my husband and we both had such a great time! The staff was so welcoming and informative, the gin cocktails we got were delicious and our final products we took home were phenomenal! A wonderful way for any gin lover, or even gin liker, to spend an afternoon!

It was absolutely delightful. The only suggestion I have is to have some kind of snacks ( nuts.cheese and crackers). You are both amazing and a pleasure to be around.

We had a fantastic time at the GINology class at Scratch! It was a exceptional experience that gave us insight into the history of gin and spirit making and gave us a chance to create something that is unique to ourselves. Better yet, we can reorder our GIN creations when we run out. It doesn't get much better than this! Thank you Kim and Brian for being such amazing hosts.
