A tour not to be missed! - After visiting Giza with Gina, we decided to go on a tour to the grand Egyptian museum and the Saqqara pyramids. The Saqqara pyramids are stunning inside, with beautiful hieroglyphic depictions of ancient Egypt. The architecture around the pyramids, at Saqqara is different and quite grand. We then visited the Grand Egyptian Museum. The building alone is stunning! We saw so many wonderful artifacts- the grand opening is actually July 3, 2025, that is when the museum will open an entire area dedicated to the treasures of King Tut!
Our time in Egypt was wonderful, and we owe much of that to Gina. She is a very knowledgeable guide, especially in the museum, she has so much information about the history of Egypt. And on top of all of her great qualities she is an excellent photographer! We have some of the best photos we have ever had from a vacation.

Excellent tour of GEM museum - Our visit of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) was fantastic. Our excellent guide, Miss Sara Yasser, provided valuable information about the Egyptian treasures on display and about its history. She did a great job in showing and informing us about the most interesting sections of the museum and we were able to see many of the museum rooms in the limited time we had (about 2-3 hours). We recommend this tour to visitors with limited time who want to visit the most important sections of the GEM. Please consider the GEM is a huge museum and you will need several days to see the whole place.

Grande Egyptian Museum - Our guide Hoda was excellent. Hoda provided us with communication prior to our visit, arrived on time. During the tour she was able to provide insight and historical information about all the museum pieces, the history of Egypt and numerous other pieces of information. We would highly recommend Hoda for a tour

Guided tour of the GEM! - We had a fantastic time at the GEM thanks to Sara our wonderful tour guide. Sara has amazing knowledge and answered all our many questions! We were picked up from our hotel in a very comfortable air-conditioned vehicle. Our tour guide and driver made us feel very safe from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The GEM is not fully open yet we got to see 12 galleries, 2 are yet to open but still a magical time would highly recommend this tour.

Don’t miss this GEM tour - The GEM is definitely a must-see in Cairo. Everything from the architecture of the building and the displays of the antiquities enhances your experience at the GEM. This tour from Twitter Egypt Travel, and particularly our tour guide, Hoda, is sure to be a highlight of our visit to Egypt. Hoda is personable, humorous, and extremely knowledgeable. She presented information in a clear manner, and helped me to better understand Egypt’s extensive history and the impact of many events on the country’s culture. I would highly recommend this tour, and Hoda.

Excellent informative personal tour! - Excellent tour of the GEM by our guide Hoda. We started with lunch. I wanted to try authentic Egyptian food and Hoda made some wonderful yummy suggestions. Very reasonable. The museum is grand! Hoda was kind and very knowledgeable! Fascinating stories and insights of the Egyptians. Hoda was very patient and answered all our questions. The private tour was of extreme value and superb quality!
