Once in a lifetime experience - Absolutely amazing experience. To see so many balloons flying across the valley as the sun rose with the temples as a backdrop was an unforgettable experience. Our pilot Ali was excellent from start to finish. Can't recommend enough!

Safe, fun, well organised, with great Captain and crew - Excellent experience with Captain Ali and his team. Very well organised from beginning to end. We did the after sunrise hot air balloon trip and, having previously done a sunrise experience, I think I prefer this time slot. Watching the balloons already in the sky was entrancing, then seeing how they land so gently and gracefully with the full on the ground team assisting helped a lot with nerves. We went gently across the West Bank temples, seeing Tombs of Nobles, Workers village, Ramasseum, Medinat Habu all from above, and finally landing very very gently a way out but still accessible to the minibus - already waiting for us. Captain Ali was perfect - great reassurance, skillful, directed the balloon to allow us all to get good panoramic shots Highly recommend

Perfect organization, wonderful experience - All very well organized. The flight was a little short but we were with people who were afraid to fly and didn't give them any vertigo. Wishe made everything go great. Undoubtedly an experience not to miss

This ruined my Luxor Trip overall - To start we did not do the hot air balloon. They canceled that part and said it was due to the weather. The weather was literally perfect that morning. However, The trip started off good. The tour guide was knowledgeable and kept the humor up throughout the trip. However we took two extra stops that felt like a time share experience. The first one we were taken to a store and the tour guide made it seem like the pieces in the store were handmade by the workers there but when you go to other parts of the tour, you see the same pieces being sold for way cheaper at other locations. Also the workers at the shop were heckling us bad about tips. Of course the tickets are not included in the experience but we did not know you have to pay for extra transportation at the sites as well and that is it cash only. The sites were nice and we did get to experience the sites for a good minute. The lunch was also nice as well. The worst part of this trip was the drop off. It was only 4 of us on the excursion. They dropped off the first person and the second person with no issue. However when it was time for me and my husband turn to get dropped off; on the way to our hotel, two random guys hopped into the van with us! With us being tourist, we did not know what was going on. We felt completely unsafe and uneasy with the two extra guys randomly hopping into the van. There was no warning from the tour guide about these two extra guys. You would’ve thought it was a set up. My husband did speak up and asked if the guys were also coming to our hotel which the tour guide said that they were not going to our hotel but just coming along with him. Once again, that’s a very scary experience especially when you are the only two tourist in the van with four other men and two of the men are random. I never experience anything like this before on any trip. This entire experience made me not want to visit Luxor again as a whole. I would not recommend this excursion to anyone!
