This is a very complete... - This is a very complete tour to Dahsur, Memphis and Shakara with the Unas pyramid and Serapeum, guided by Taha, who really knows his way around the archeologic areas and is an absolute source of knowledge on ancient Egyptian history. We had an real wonderful day. And: Taha knows where to eat a nice bowl of koshari.

This tour takes you to the true beginning of ancient Egyptian civilization. - Saqqara, Memphis, and the Serapeum tour is one of the most impressive historical experiences in Egypt. In Saqqara, you witness the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, the first monumental stone building in the history of humanity and the beginning of pyramid construction. Then we visit Memphis, the first capital of ancient Egypt and the political and cultural center for over a thousand years. Finally, we explore the mysterious Serapeum, where the sacred Apis bulls were buried inside massive granite sarcophagi weighing dozens of tons .

Perfect day exploring with Mahmoud! - Had the most incredible and special tour today, thanks to my awesome guide Mahmoud Sallam, and great driver Ayman! Mahmoud’s knowledge of all the sides and history was clearly and patiently explained with passion and heart. He took some incredible photos with me, and was friendly, kind and enjoyable to listen to. As a DOOP female traveller o felt safe, secure and respected. This was the best tour I had from all of my 4 previous trips to Egypt and I would highly recommend him again and again! He also spoke Japanese which was a great bonus, since I lived and worked in Japan as an English teacher. Please ask for Mahmoud if you want a great private guide when you explore Egypt!

You can taste the history of Pyramid in Japanese! - Mahmoud was very kind and fluent in Japanese. They explained various things about the ruins and answered our questions attentively. It was thanks to this tour that I was able to enjoy each of the ruins. I highly recommend this tour to Saqqara and the Pyramids of Refraction, as I think it is difficult for individuals to travel there!

If you want me to explain it in Japanese, I'd love to! - Mr. Mohamed is fluent in Japanese and he explained the ruins in detail, and we had a very fulfilling time. They also helped me negotiate camels and shopping, and I was able to enjoy it with peace of mind for a reasonable amount of money.

We definitely recommend it. I was more than satisfied with my expectations. - My Guide Taha and driver Abdo, who speak good Japanese, gave me the best experience. Our Guide, Taha, not only explained things to us at our stops, but also provided us with services that were not on our plans and provided us with various information about Egypt in the car we were traveling in. If you leave any trip to him, I think you'll have the best time above and beyond Price. I recommend it. Finally, Taha & Abdo, you are my friends. Thank you so much for your support!

Quick trip to see Dahshar, Memphis and Saqqara - Overall our trip was okay got to see bent and red pyramids at Dahshar, Memphis was a little disappointing as I was expecting it to be bigger considering it was anchent capital but Ramases statue was impressive. The best bit was definitely Saqqara inside the Pyramid of King Unas was lovely and we'll worth rush from Dahshar and Memphis to get there. Tour schedule start at 8am and I did ask if we could start later at 9am which the kindly did, however I would advise against anyone else doing this as it made the visit to Dahshar and Memphis feel rushed and I wish they would have stuck to their listed start time to avoid this as didn't know until they agreed that the reason for the early start was because King Unus pyramid closed at 12pm as it wouldn't have been a problem if they had have just said no we start at 8am, but that's my fault for asking in the first place not tour co.. Our guide Jasmine was knowledgeable and her English with regards to explaining what were seeing was very good. Our driver was very cautious in the madness of Giza and took great care to make the journey as smooth as possible. If I was too look at options again I personally would look at doing just a tour of Saqqara as there is so much to see that you could spend a good half day just there seeing everything followed by Dahshar to see the early pyramids.

Not recommended - The travel agency skimps on everything they can. Time and paying the driver and the tour guide. We asked for 10 minutes to visit the Imhotep museum in Saqqara (already paid for with the entry ticket) and the agency just refused to (without any reasonable justification because we were way under the minimum amount of time of stated for the tour: 8 hours). To add insult to injury, after it was too late, they sent an insincere apologetic Whatsapp. Do not give business to Egypt Smiles Tours and to Faya Tours.
