Perito Moreno Glacier - This full-day adventure takes you deep into the glacier, fully equipped and guided by certified bilingual experts. They will lead you to the stunning blue lagoons and hidden viewpoints during a 4-hour trek on the ice.

The excursion includes a 20-minute boat ride to the Perito Moreno glacier and an extensive ice trek to explore every part of the glacier.

Pasarelas Perito Moreno - Enjoy 30 minutes on the glacier balconies to capture the best views and scenery of the National Park before embarking on your adventure!

Estancia Cristina Discovery Tour

Lago Argentino - Departing from Punta Bandera harbor at 9 AM, you will sail across Lake Argentino’s Northern Arm to reach the furthest navigable point in the Upsala Channel, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Upsala Glacier’s vast front.

Estancia Cristina - Upon disembarking near Estancia Cristina, the Discovery group will be welcomed by specialized driver-guides who will assist them into 4×4 vehicles, ready to explore the wilderness. The robust 4WDs will journey into the Feruglio Mountains, a 9.5 km ride providing spectacular views, ultimately reaching a high area where the vehicles will be parked.

Upsala Glacier - From there, a 20-minute trek over glacially eroded terrain leads to the Upsala Glacier Lookout; an exclusive spot for visitors to admire this massive glacier, accessible only from Estancia Cristina. Ample time will be available to enjoy views of Lake Guillermo, the eastern side of the Upsala Glacier, and the Southern Patagonian Ice Field.

Estancia Cristina - Afterward, the group will return to the lodge in the 4×4 vehicles for a well-deserved rest and lunch break (approximately 1 hour). Following the trek, a visit to the Costumbrista Museum, located in the estancia’s old shearing shed, will offer insights into the history of the Masters family: their lives, adventures, and pioneering spirit in Patagonia. Finally, a guided tour will take visitors around Estancia Cristina’s estate, including the Caterina River, the waterwheel, chapel, and the rest of the lodge.

El Calafate - You will return to El Calafate via the same route taken in the morning.
