Beautiful time exploring the nature of Patagonia! - Had the best time exploring the Perito Moreno Glacier and Los Glaciares National Park with this tour company! Our guide Pablo shared great information about Patagonia on the drive to the park and it was awesome to learn more about the area. I added the optional boat tour and I’m so glad I did. The weather was looking a little overcast/cloudy on our way there but by the time we were on the boat, the sun came out and it ended up being a beautiful day! We had plenty of time to grab lunch and explore after the boat tour before heading back to El Calafate.

Great Experience but pricey - Pablo our guide was excellent - thank you. The weather was great and the views of the glacier were spectacular. The boat trip was a highlight. Our only reservations were that the price of the tour (US$269 each) was expensive compared to others and we thought it included the price of the National Park Tickets. We paid an extra US $57 each for these to Say Hueque and understood this would facilitate more efficient access to the park. It transpired that Pablo needed to collect the tickets, and for other members on the tour who paid on the day, it cost US$ 42.10. Our advice therefore is to purchase the Park entrance tickets separately. Our onward journey took us to El Cheltern and our National Park entrance tickets to the glacier entitled us to a 50% discount ( if used within 72 hours of the date stamp ) to the National Park entrance to the Mountain FitzRoy self guided 6 hour hike which was amazing.

Imperdible!! - Imperdible!!! Spending the day watching the glaciers and reflecting on the climate changes that greatly accelerate the speed of the Perito Moreno meltdown, was impactful. The boat ride closes with a golden key. The guide Nadia and the driver Jorge made everything even more special.

Nice trip but needs improvement - Great scenery! We booked the trip 4 months ahead. It turned out that the price charged charged by Viator did not include the admission to the national park. Two days before the trip, I received a WhatsApp message telling me to purchase park ticket online. The message provided a link which took me to the Spanish version of the park website. Since I don’t know Spanish, it took me an hour to get the words translated and to enter the various information required by the park such as names and passport numbers. Purchasing of the park ticket should’ve been done by the tour operator.

Avoid. - They are a terrible company, don’t waste your time with them. My flight got cancelled because of national strike, I was trying to book a flight back home one day early on the day of the tour, I’ve contacted the tour operator one day earlier to cancel and get a refund, but they refused to do so. I ve even asked to take the tour one day later but they also refused.
