• Las Vueltas River - The adventure starts at the base of Comarka, situated in El Chalten (Av. San Martin 872). Guides provide the necessary technical and safety gear for the activity. Once ready, participants will travel by van approximately 21 km along RP 41 towards Desert Lake.

The journey begins at the Mirador de Laguna Condor. Upon arrival, participants complete their gear with a jacket, life jacket, and helmet, followed by a technical and safety briefing. The river section navigated is known for being shallow with numerous meanders. The route crosses the Patagonian Andean forest, with the north face of Fitz Roy visible on the horizon. The distance from Laguna Condor to the Fitz Roy viewpoint is 12 km. The navigation takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, depending on river flow and wind conditions.

Midway through the tour, there is a stop for a delightful country brunch before continuing to the disembarkation point, Mirador del Fitz Roy (10 km from Chaltén). Once there, a transfer will return participants to El Chaltén. The activity concludes at 14:00 hrs.

Participants will be provided with essential gear, including a wetsuit, boots, vest, helmet, and paddle. A vehicle will transport the group 21 km along RP 41 to the Laguna Condor viewpoint. Following a safety briefing by the guides, the descent along the Rio de las Vueltas will commence. Throughout the journey, participants will have the chance to observe native wildlife, admire the stunning scenery of Mount Fitz Roy and its surrounding peaks, and savor a delightful country brunch amidst nature.
