Excellent experience. - Very good experience to know the essentials of Algiers. Lotfi was an excellent guide who professionally described the places visited. Very interesting the casbah, they met the schedules and of course our expectations. Highly recommended.

4-day getaway to Algiers and Tipaza, an experience to do again! - We spent 4 memorable days in Algiers and Tipaza thanks to Amina, our Exceptional Guide. In Algiers, between the Casbah, the Essay Garden and the Basilica of Our Lady of Africa, every moment was a fascinating dive into history and culture.
The visit to Tipaza, with its Roman ruins overlooking the sea, was simply magical. Amina shared her passion with such clarity and enthusiasm that we were completely immersed.
If you are looking to discover authentic Algeria in a short time, this tour with Amina is a perfect choice!

First Discovery of Algiers: A New Chapter - Very good agency, we Booked with them for a day in Algiers, we saw the Casbah, the Martyrs Monument and the Test Garden, and we were in a restaurant that did the great couscous, better than that of my Mami HAHAHA?

To Riwaya Travel and our Zinou Guide - An extra stay in Algiers in May developed and organized by Riwaya Travel Agency that I knew through social networks, we had great times with lots of laughs and I joy to live a lot of people we knew, including our dear Zinou, the agency's companion who made our stay go well and in form.
Trip Tip and highly recommend this agency which has an exceptional soul and know-how surrounded by passionate and very charming people who have turned our visit to Algiers into an unforgettable experience.

Amazing week-long stay in and around Algiers - With my 92-year-old mother and my 25-year-old daughter, we made an incredible week-long stay in and around Algiers. We lived extraordinary moments and very rich in emotion thanks to the agency Riwaya Travel which made this trip possible, to Sadek, colorful character who showed us the casbah and Bab El Oued, and especially thanks to Zinou, our driver, guide, Sherlock Holmes who knows Algiers as his pocket, accompanied us during these 6 days and allowed us to find all the places that my mom wanted to see again, and the list was long!
So yes Algiers is a polluted and noisy city but everyone we met was incredibly kind and welcoming. "Welcome to Algeria or Welcome home" were always their first words. And Algiers and its surroundings are of definite tourist interest. Algiers is a happy mix of Ottoman palaces, Hausmannian-style buildings and Muslim architecture with its mosques. And the monastery of Tibhirine, the ruins of Tipasa or the tomb of the Christian are definitely worth a visit, not to mention the delicious cuisine we enjoyed during our stay.
I sincerely recommend anyone who wants to (re)discover this beautiful country to make this trip with Riwaya and Zinou, we came back enthusiastic!

Avoid ! - Just awful, booked 3 weeks before trip date, ignored messages the day before, don’t show up for trip & ignore Viator too. There’s an alternative trip called “Best of Algiers Tour by Algeriatours16” … they tried to help us out on the day with a replacement trip, super helpful & respond on WhatsApp in a minute …. avoid Riwaya Travel & this trip
