Life is about experiences - This was a first class operation. Very friendly and competent guides and good equipment. Pickup and drop off were on time and accommodating. This was my first time ziplineing and glad I did it!

Great Experience! - My family had a great experience on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta for spring break. There is no accident history, which made us feel safe about going there. The staff made us feel comfortable, and they made the experience worth every penny. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Family Experience - This was such a fun family experience. The guides were very informative and helpful, all we had to do was listen to instructions. It was our first time and I was super nervous, but they made it lighthearted and enjoyable. I faced my fears and am so glad I did, what a thrill! Thanks to Israel and Jorge for helping us make great memories! Would certainly do again.

Fun morning on the zip lines. - We had a very fun time. Israel led the group. He was fun and engaging. The Zip Lines were fast and fun. Pick up and drop off logistics were smooth.

Short and sweet! - The whole zip lining experience itself was less than an hour long. Super quick with just a few lines. It was still super pretty though! Getting picked up was easy but we didn’t know that we would have an hour to sit around and wait for transportation to take us back. After the zip lining you can play in the river or pay to eat at the restaurant. We ate beforehand so we just weren’t hungry so we sat around for about an hour or so. We thought there was a tequila tasting but that didn’t happen. Maybe that would have taken up the second hour. Altogether it was super pretty, the staff was very fun, just could have done without an hour of nothing.

I thought we would be... - I thought we would be with a small group of around 10 people as that’s what I’ve experienced on similar zipline excursions. We were paired with about 30 people so waited a VERY long time on a very hot day inbetween lines. It took away some of the excitement and thrill having to wait that long for your turn on each line. We also never got picked up at the meeting spot so had to figure out a taxi on our own to get to the excursion which the company did pay for but we tipped. One other thing to note is they don’t allow you to take any pictures or bring your phone/camera and make you “sign in” when you arrive which is really signing a waiver that you won’t do so. They require you to lock everything in a locker. They want you to purchase the very few pictures they took. A guy we were with had his phone and tried to film his wife on the zipline. They said if he filmed or took a picture they’d take him down and end his experience. He was very annoyed but complied.

Average - The zipline guides were great and friendly! We had a fun ziplining! However, the logistics/transportation was not well organized and communicated. We were picked up promptly at the meeting point. After ziplining part was over (took about 45-50 min), we were left in the forest for about 2.5 - 3 hours to wait on our own for the driver to take us back in town. There was no one with us to communicate on the status of our ride back in town. We were just left to wonder. It was a quite remote location in the forest with no options of public transportation/taxis to get out of there. In addition, we ran out of our water supply and there was no water or snacks offered to us while we were left to wait for our ride. So, be mindful of your time commitment when you sign up for this activity and especially, if you go with kids!
