Cairo International Airport Road - Upon arriving at Cairo airport, a representative from Visitors Egypt will be there to greet you, holding a sign with the company’s logo (Visitors Egypt Tours). You will then be transported by an air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel.

Giza Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis

Pyramids of Giza - After breakfast, the tour guide will collect you from the hotel.

Travel in an air-conditioned car to begin your tour at the Giza plateau, where you will witness the Great Pyramids of Giza (the only remaining wonder of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World). You will see the Pyramid of Cheops, as well as the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. Capture some photos from the panoramic area before proceeding to the Valley Temple and the Great Sphinx.

Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids - Next, visit The Step Pyramid of King Djoser (Zoser) in Saqqara, the world’s oldest significant stone structure, built during the 3rd Dynasty for King Djoser.

Memphis and Sakkara - Afterwards, transfer to Memphis, established by King Menes, which served as Egypt’s capital during the Old Kingdom. It was a hub of governance and culture for over 3000 years, and the first capital of Egypt. Here, you will see the Statue of Ramses II and the Alabaster Sphinx of Memphis.

After completing the tour, you will be taken back to the hotel.

The Egyptian Museum & Old Cairo

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities - After breakfast, the tour guide will pick you up from the hotel.

Begin your tour at The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, where you will have the opportunity to view the collection of King Tutankhamen, including the renowned golden mask of the boy king.

Additionally, you can visit the Mummies Hall (for an additional ticket available on site) to see the mummies of ancient Egyptian Kings.

Cairo Citadel - Next, visit the Citadel of Salah El Din, constructed by Salah El Din on the Moqattam hills in 1183 AD to protect Cairo from Crusader armies. Then, visit the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, designed by architect Yousif Boushnaq, a Turkish architect who came from Istanbul to build this magnificent mosque for Mohamed Ali, the ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) who reigned for over 45 years.

Coptic Cairo - Proceed to the Coptic Cairo area to visit the Hanging Church (the Church of the Virgin Mary), Abu Sirga Church, and the Synagogue.

After completing the tour, you will be taken back to the hotel.

Luxor Day Trip (By Flight)

Luxor - A representative from Visitors Egypt will collect you from your hotel, waiting in the lobby with a Visitors Egypt Tours sign.

Transfer to Cairo Domestic Terminal at the Airport to fly to Luxor. Upon arrival, our guide will be waiting with a Visitors Egypt Tours sign.

Begin at the Valley of the Kings, where tombs were carved into the mountain for the New Kingdom pharaohs, who ruled Egypt for nearly 500 years between 1550 – 1080 BC.

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most remarkable monuments, built at the base of the al Qurna mountain cliff. Queen Hatshepsut was the renowned female pharaoh of Egypt, who assumed a male persona to ascend the throne. Then, make a brief photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, marking the entrance to the ruined funerary temple of Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC).

Proceed to visit Karnak Temple, the greatest cult temple in history, dedicated to the Theban triad with the god Amun as its head, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu.

At the end of the day, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo and then to your hotel.
