A stop will be made at Alto del Chocho, a popular tourist spot where visitors can interact with farm animals and enjoy a snack or purchase items for the journey. The stop will last about half an hour.
The tour will pass by the Temple of Roca located in Nuevo Peñol, followed by a stop at the replica of Viejo Peñol, where visitors can purchase souvenirs and admire the stunning landscape of the Guatapé dam.
- Embalse Peñol-Guatapé - The tour will proceed to the boat area for a tour of the Guatapé reservoir, where guests will learn about the history and secrets of this breathtaking reservoir.
- Guatapé / Piedra Del Peñol - The tour will continue to Piedra del Peñol in Guatapé, where visitors can climb the stone, which has 659 steps. A ticket, costing approximately 12 USD, is required to climb. Those who prefer not to climb can enjoy the beautiful views from the viewpoint and savor the local cuisine.
- Guatapé - After descending Piedra del Peñol, the tour will head to the municipality of Guatapé, known as the village of Zócalos. Guests will have lunch and then explore the town’s streets, including the Street of Umbrellas, Street of Souvenirs, Square of Sockets, and the Jetty.
